Le lac Érié et toute sa splendeur se trouvent à quelques pas de cette superbe unité située dans les condos Put-in-Bay Poolview. Cet emplacement privilégié comprend trois acres et demi et plus de 500 pieds de propriété de premier plan au bord du lac. Juste un mile du centre-ville. Une piscine au bord du lac, grande zone herbeuse et d'un quai complètent ce grand espace. Stepping l'intérieur de l'unité de condo, les clients sont accueillis à un beau plan ouvert. Les espaces cuisine, salon et salle à manger sont combinés, donnant le grand débit unitaire et la facilité pour se divertir. Tous les éléments que vous aurez besoin pour préparer et servir un repas peuvent être trouvés dans la cuisine. Faire quelques repas pendant votre escapade PIB est un excellent moyen d'économiser de l'argent pendant les vacances. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booking was easy. Most things were supplied with our stay, excepts sheets/towels/hair dryer. Bring extra blankets, the comforter was small, and it was colder in the evening. Bring beach towels for the pool! You WILL need either a golf cart (recommend) or car to get anywhere. You are far from downtown or any stores/bars. At night there are NO lights around the property. Pool is dark and so is the parking lot etc. Felt like a safety concern. If you wanted to walk to Joe's (closest bar) bring flashlights but I would recommend just driving or bike if you have a headlight. I really wish there was an option for Early check-in. Check in at 4:00 PM was late for us and not very convenient. We were there for a sailing competition and needed to be on the Island by 10:00 AM. Management was not on-site, and no option was given to arrive earlier.

Wonderful vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. Renting a golf cart is a must! And a shout out to Camille. We " met" her the first day, and she was so helpful with restaurant ideas and helping us with the golf cart. We had a minor issue with our door, and maintenance was there immediately to fix the problem. We will stay there again, if our travels bring us back to Put in Bay.

The condo was clean, and the common areas like the grill, the pool, are very nice as well.The mattresses were not comfortable at all; but that's a matter of personal preference. Overall, great price for a spacious condo, vs a hotel room.The staff is very nice too and if it's your first time on the island, they'll guide you to all the good places.

The beds are not super comfortable, but being a vacation rental I didn't expect it to be. The people staying in the unit next to us smoked a lot of weed inside their unit and we could smell it in our unit, but we weren't in our unit too much so we just dealt with it. Overall we had a good experience and would stay there again!

One thing that would be better from management stand point is that you can place linens and bedsheets for your pool view rooms also, I understand you mentioned before we booked that you don't provide those, but for the cost we are paying I think it wouldn't be a bad idea and keep them in pool view rooms also. Other than that everything good..

Very Nice Accomodations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo was clean and well maintained. The two bedrooms had enough room for our needs. The living room and kitchen were large enough and comfortable. Did not think I would use the washer and dryer but it actually turned out to be a nice amenity which I used quite a bit. The condo was convenient to downtown. The unit looked pretty much like the pictures on the website. Would absolutely recommend to friends as a great place to stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condos are very dirty. We had to clean upon arrival. The floors needed swept, dead bugs everywhere. A big spider web on the ceiling in the living room. The porch was covered in cobwebs and dead mayflys. The dishes were dirty from the previous guest, like put away filthy. Everything needed cleaned, washed and disinfected upon arrival. We rented sheets and linens and the sheets had holes in them. The pillows are disgusting and the beds are uncomfortable. We woke up with hip and back pain every morning which is not something we usually experience. The floors felt like they’ve never been mopped. Just overall a very disappointing experience at a premium price.

Teacher's weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed condo C5 for our 'get ready for school' weekend in Put-in-Bay! The condo was great for the 3 of us. I will say the 2nd bedroom was a bit snug with the beds close to the walls. The pool was great and not crowded. We also rented a cart at the condo main office.
