Great Setup and amenities

Great setup, extra towels for the hot tub and general use, plenty of plates made a huge difference for this group of 6 people over a 4 day weekend. Great mood lighting as well.

First of all the host was outstanding with communications before, during and after our stay, one of the best owners I have dealt with. The property itself was outstanding, very clean. The outdoor area with the pool, lawn games and hot tub is where our kids spent most of our time. It had all the amenities that you would want in the kitchen. The bedrooms were good sized and well decorated. The first floor bedroom was great for our elderly parents, so they did not have to climb the stairs. We had a party of 13 people and it never felt crowded at all. You are not going to be disappointed in this house.

I give this place a 100/10 it completely exceeded my expectations! Everything was so simple, the rules were clearly laid out, and the entire process was seamless. This is hands down the best place I’ve ever booked, and I will 1000% be coming back. The house was spotless and had literally everything you could need to fully enjoy your stay.

An amazing Stay

Loved my stay here! Very clean and such a big space for those that have more than 8 people. The host responds very fast and makes sure all questions are answered. This home felt like home and had a very comforting environment. I would definitely book here again. I have no complaints.

This property was exactly what we hoped it would be. It was in a nice neighborhood, the amenities were perfect and the home was actually larger than it appeared online. We had 12 people with us for a bachelorette party and we actually could have included a few more. We were all very comfortable and had an extraordinary time. The property manager is Joshua, he was very kind, responded quickly to all correspondence and overall we just felt he gave us a very professional and personal experience. We would definitely use this property again for future stays in the Austin area. Thank you for an excellent experience.

Perfect Family Spring Break!

Spacious and clean. Our family of 13 had more than enough space to spread out comfortably. The house was nicely decorated, had just the right amount of amenities for us, and the location was the perfect distance from the airport/other Austin activities. Some great breweries and distilleries close by that are kid friendly. The owner was easy to contact and made the check-in and out process a breeze!

Exactly as advertised

This was a great house in a quiet neighborhood 10-15 minutes from everything so it was perfect for our group of “moms-turning-40.” Plenty of space, super clean and well maintained, well-stocked with all the basics in the kitchen, 6 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, comfy couches and linens, amazing backyard space. Everything was exactly like the pictures and Josh was quick to respond with any questions! We would definitely stay here again.

Great experience!

This house was exactly what my group of 10 needed for a trip to Austin. It is roughly 15 minutes from most of the downtown attractions, but is in a quiet neighborhood. With how many people we had, the hot water was fairly limited in our showers initially. I reached out to Joshua and he assisted us immediately. Joshua was extremely quick to respond, very friendly, and professional. My entire group of friends enjoyed the house and we would stay here again.
