Welcome to Amelia South F1 Condo, an oceanfront vacation rental that will make your next family getaway truly memorable. Located on the beautiful Amelia Island, this condo is situated on the ground level overlooking the pool and beach making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy some quality time with your loved ones.

With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living area, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the ocean views. All furnishings in the unit are new and tastefully selected. The main living area is equipped with a sofa, a love set, a chair, and a Smart TV with online streaming options through YouTube TV.

The kitchen has all the essentials including a dual coffee maker (drip and pod), toaster, blender, cookware, knife set, etc.

The master bedroom boasts ocean views, a King-sized bed, a TV, access to the private balcony, and a renovated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom includes two Full-size beds, a Smart TV, a dresser, and a closet. The second bathroom is also renovated with a shower/tub combo.

Take advantage of the beach and pool right outside your back patio or enjoy Fernandina Beach Historic District just a short drive away. Whether you want to relax on the beach, explore the nearby nature trails, or simply spend some quality time with your family, Amelia South F1 Condo has it all.

Fresh linens, towels and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper (1) per bathroom, paper towels (1), trash bags and a sponge.)

Beautiful ocean view from unit. Unit next to pool and only a short walk down to the beach. Unit very clean and in excellent condition. The management was also very responsive and helpful. Would definitely like to return again!

This was our second time returning to this condo unit on Fernandina Beach. Obviously we liked it! There were, however, a couple of changes since our last visit worth mentioning: The dishwasher soap dispenser was broken and not fixed during our visit. Not sure how clean the dishes were getting. There is no lock on the slider door facing the ocean. A wooden rod is used to secure the door from the inside. This means when you leave this ground floor unit from the patio to go to the beach you can’t lock up. We specifically chose the ground floor so we could easily go in and out from the patio side. On the plus side, unit was well stocked with paper goods and amenities. It’s comfortable and attractively decorated. The beach is superb…perfect for a serene and relaxing stay.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback and for choosing to stay with us again. We really appreciate you pointing out the items you noticed. I did want to clarify a couple of things for you. The dishwasher is an older model, and unfortunately the soap dispenser can’t be repaired. That said, we supply pods specifically because they don’t need to go into the dispenser — they dissolve perfectly in the bottom of the dishwasher and still clean effectively. We’re also already in the process of getting the slider lock repaired. Even once that’s done, though, the slider can’t be locked from the outside, as these units were not built with exterior-locking sliders. The wooden rod is the standard security method for this style of door. We truly value your return visits and your input! We hope you choose to stay with us again.

My friends and I loved this place. We had a beautiful ocean view and we were right beside the pool area. Just walk through the gate to the pool and then you could also go ahead to the beach if you didn’t want to be at pool. Beautiful place and clean and we had everything we needed. They also had 4 beach chairs which they failed to mention so we had brought our own which was fine.

Short But Awesome Beach Condo

This condo is great! We loved the location and ease of getting to the beach. One real bonus is being on the ground floor and still having ocean views. Our family loves Amelia and this condo and hosts were very accommodating. Hate that our stay was so short. We will be back!

Great Place!

This place was perfect for me and my family! The room is on the ground floor right beside the pool and beach entrance! It's also right across the hall from the luggage rack, so unloading and loading was super quick and hassle free! You also have your own water spicket at your patio. Very clean and spacious. There was 6 of us total, including 2 small kids. Just as described and pictured. Would definately recommend!

Perfect Vacation, location, and relaxation

My husband and I have been to Amelia Island many times. We loved this condo. It’s well equipped, comfortable, and convenient. Everything was as expected and more. Lots of nice touches, new washer and dryer, and more. We will be coming back and renting this unit.

Hosts go above & beyond

This is a nicely decorated, clean, well-supplied condo on the beach. This unit is on the first floor right next to the pool. While it is a negative that the pool pumps are right outside the unit and hum louder than the sound of the ocean, the price reflects that, in my opinion. The hosts also provide a welcome basket and other little things to make the stay convenient and the condo welcoming.
