Lakeside home on Horseshoe Lake: kayaks, paddle boards, fire pit, games, fishing

Located on beautiful Horseshoe lake, this house is perfect for a weekend getaway or a week’s stay. Surrounded by nature, you can enjoy the peace that comes from being on the water. Relax on the deck or out by the fire pit, go for a nature walk, swim, kayak, or fish in the trout stocked lake. Inside you can enjoy the game room playing foosball, air hockey, or a variety of board games/puzzles. There’s also a theater room where you can recline and watch your favorite shows or movies.

The Space-
N2 Lake House offers thoughtful amenities in a modern-rustic, nature-inspired setting. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. A spacious open room is where you’ll find the living room and dining room along with a fireplace to further warm the atmosphere. Downstairs is the theater room, the game room, kitchenette, and an additional bathroom. There’s another fireplace downstairs as well to keep things heated up!

We provide complimentary popcorn for your movie night, and a s'mores kit for the fire pit. If there’s something in particular you need for your stay, please let us know and we can make arrangements.

Upper Level -
Kitchen: Full size side by side refrigerator and freezer with filtered water and ice maker, electric range, microwave, pots and pans, cooking utensils, pizza cutter, can opener, bottle and wine opener, plates and bowls, kids plates/bowls/cups, mixer, toaster, tupperware, mixing bowls, serving platters, coffee pot, mugs, wine & drinking glasses. Feel free to use whatever you find in the kitchen or refrigerator as guests may leave items for future visitors to enjoy.

Dining room area: 10 person dining room table and seating for 4 more at the island. There is a chair booster seat located in the community hall closet if needed.

Living room area/reading corner: Large sectional couch with 72” flat screen (sign in with your personal login for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc.), Bose sound bar, fireplace with firewood provided (additional firewood and starter can be purchased and delivered,) famous duck rocker chair with books available for your entertainment (more books located down stairs in the game room) and a cozy 4 person table overlooking the lake.

Laundry Room: Full size washer and dryer, utility closet in laundry room with vacuum, broom and dustpan

Lower level -
Gameroom/kitchenette: We offer foosball, air hockey, ring toss game, a bistro table for playing games and a bar table, and 2 futons which opens to a full size bed. There are board games, playing cards, and books for your enjoyment. You’ll find a full size refrigerator and freezer with an ice maker and sink in the kitchenette.

Theater Room: We offer seating for 8 (or snuggle up and make it 10!). It is equipped with an 80’ Samsung TV (sign in with your personal login for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc,) Bose surround bar, leather couches with reclining options, one chaise lounge, and one recliner chair all with blankets and side tables for those tasty treats for the full theater experience.

Outside space -
Upper Deck: Fire up the grill and enjoy dinner outside at our 6 person patio set as you take in the lake. There’s also a table for 2 to enjoy a cup of coffee or to use as additional patio seating.

Lower Patio: We have lounge chairs with cushions and one egg chair to sit back and catch some rays and relax. The hose is there for rinsing off after a dip in the lake or cleaning off your feet.

Outside closet: Here you can find both adult and children life jackets and fishing poles and tackle.

Yard: An upper and lower lawn to sprawl out on or play some games.

The Lake: Go jump in! Take advantage of being on the water to go for a swim or jump in one of the 4-single kayaks and 2 paddle boards. We provide life jackets and whistles for everyone. Feed the ducks or go fishing on the shared dock. Dock is shared with one adjacent neighbor. Kick back in one of the reclining chairs by the fire for some s'mores and stories to end your evening.

Other things to note:
We are close to nature here in the Pacific NorthWest. Please be aware that guests may run into birds, lake animals (geese, otters, ducks), local wildlife such as deer and rabbits, and bugs (spiders, slugs, ants, moths, etc) around the property.

*For the protection of our home, as well as our guests, we have external cameras around the property. Cameras are not actively monitored. Cameras are facing:
-Driveway (w/ motion detector light)
-Front door (door bell)
-Deck overlooking backyard (w/ motion detector light)
-Downstairs back entrance
