This 5 bedroom/5 bathroom property is beautifully designed to be comfy, relaxing, and tranquil. Located in the downtown neighborhood of University City, you're a short walk or Uber from everything the city has to offer City! Five spacious bedrooms, living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, and large back patio with outdoor furniture and deck on second floor! The property is a great launchpad for all your Philly adventures, and a relaxing place to come home to between the fun.
The space
Designed for comfort, tranquility, and convenience! There are two fully equipped kitchens for you to cook a meal after a long day in the city, or there are tons of take-out options within a short walk! We also have a large outdoor patio with furniture and string lights to help you get some rest and relaxation with an amazing roof deck on second floor. Our property is a perfect launch pad for families, traveling couples, business partners, or vacationers alike!
The layout of the property is the following:
1st floor : Unit 1 - everything on 1st floor -
2nd floor: bedroom #1 top of steps (queen) ; kitchen/living/dining + Queen sized sleeper sofa; w/d ; full bathroom #1 past w/d / large walk out deck
3rd floor layout: bedroom #2 (queen) ; full bathroom #2 ensuite ; bedroom #3 (king + single) ; ensuite full bathroom #3
- ~5 blocks to University of Penn / Penn Hospital
- ~5 blocks to Drexel University
- ~8 blocks to center city and Rittenhouse Square
- ~12 blocks from Franklin Field
- ~8 minute Uber to City Hall
- ~8 minute Uber to Art Museum and Ben Franklin Parkway
- ~12 minute Uber to Old City and all Historic sites.
