Horse Ranch Meets Tree House By Downtown
Enjoy wine country in this completely updated and comfortable architectural mid-century 4 bedroom California style ranch house on 2/3 of an acre. It's part tree house & part horse ranch style. Situated on a West Side secluded street and very wooded lot BUT only .7 miles from downtown!
Please note that we are required by the city of Paso Robles and SLO county to collect a 14.5% occupancy tax. This will be included in your booking and listed as the "community fee" on your receipt.
The central entertaining area is fantastic as it flows from the 2 seating sections of the living room to the 12' vaulted ceiling open kitchen and dining areas. The upper deck w/ gas grill is right off the dining room with a full wall of glass sliders. Views of the majestic oaks and rolling hills from all angles! The 4 bedrooms are all separated from each other - none has a shared wall. The living room sofa has a very comfortable queen bed as well. All rooms have ceiling lights on dimmers. All bedrooms have flat screens as does one of the 2 seating areas of the living room. Plus we have 3 separate outdoor entertainment areas that are easy to meander between! All bedrooms have brand new memory foam mattresses for a very restful sleep!
Guest access
All sections of the home are accessible to guests except the garage. Enjoy 3 distinct outdoor entertainment areas that can flow together. There is a lower patio with dining, an upper deck off the dining room with a gas grill and also an intimate courtyard with 2 Adirondack chairs and winter lights for cozy nighttime gatherings.
Interaction with guests
We are just a text, call or app message away! We have a property manager who can be at the property in 15 minutes when needed.
Other things to note
You must be 25 years of age or older in order to rent this property. WE PAY THE CITY TAX ON YOUR BEHALF! The City of Paso Robles charges a 14.5% Transient Occupancy Tax that we pay for you. Dog(s) will be considered and fee depends on length of stay. We ask that the pet visit the bedroom of the master and not roam/shed the other bedrooms. Dogs must not be left alone in the home. Dog(s) has to be APPROVED before booking. The fee for a dog is $40/night/dog with a limit of two dogs maximum (no puppies).
Please enjoy your stay! We respect our neighbors and expect you to do the same. The City has strict rules for ‘good neighbor policies’ on vacation rentals that we abide by. We ask that there be no amplified music played outdoors (24/7) and after 10pm, please limit all sound coming from the house - even talking. We understand that gatherings or celebrations can tend to get loud but please keep the sound inside with the windows and doors closed in the nighttime hours. The city is getting strict with noise violations and we do not want anyone to be fined. But enjoy yourselves :-)
Parking is on the paved and stone driveways in front of the house only. There is no street parking on our narrow country lane per city regulations. Limit is for 4 vehicles. Parking on the street or neighboring properties could result in a vehicle being towed.
The 'Patio' guest room is on the lower level of the house and can be accessed from the main hallway down stairs and it also has a private entrance from the lower patio in the back yard. There are are Adirondack chairs immediately outside the private entrance and more a close distance away on the south end of the patio.
Other things to note
Bachelor/Bachelorette, weddings, or other 'party'-style events or groups are not allowed. Please be aware that such gatherings will cause a reservation to be immediately canceled and guests will need to vacate the premises immediately. No refunds will be allowed in such circumstances.
There is a front door ring camera, but no other cameras on the property. It is there for the safety and security of our guests and the property.
