Jany House, construite en 1920 et rénovée en 2013, allie à merveille style de vie artisanal de style artisanal, emplacement en centre-ville, beauté renouvelée et style de vie agréable. Intéressante sur le plan architectural et très confortable, cette maison de trois chambres à coucher offre également beaucoup d’espace de vie pour que vous et vos amis, ou votre famille, puissiez vous étendre et en profiter. Salle à manger formelle, grande cuisine avec évier de ferme et comptoir en granit, plancher en bois partout, charmants espaces extérieurs, Jany House a tout pour plaire. Complétez le tableau avec 2 chambres spacieuses, chacune avec un lit king-size de luxe. Le maître a une vanité dans la chambre, la salle de bains avec douche à l'italienne. La troisième chambre ensoleillée dispose de deux lits jumeaux. La salle de bain comprend une combinaison douche / baignoire. Vous constaterez que le coin salon extérieur en treillis, la fontaine de jardin et le patio surélevé vous invitent également à l'extérieur. Second time's a charm!

This is our second stay at this lovely property. I've already reviewed after our first stay (see our original review from May 9, 2022), and all still applies. I just love the early 20th century vibe and decor. The location is fantastic, walking distance to downtown, while being just far enough away for neighborhood charm. A big perk is it is right across the street from the Paso Market Walk, which has a number of unique eateries, as well as vendors like gelato, vegan cheeses, bakery, etc. Also there is a Smart and Final just two blocks away. We look forward to our return stay at the Jany Home.

Jany House a must stay in Paso

Three comfortable bedrooms Lots of seating -including multiple spaces to hang out for larger group. Central dining space was wonderful for meals. Kitchen had everything you would need o prepare a meal. Walkable to grocery and other cultural amenities. Outdoor space was charming and home is dog friendly. We intended to bring dog but left her at home- dog would have loved this space. Definitely thumbs up and would love to return. It feels like home!!

Perfect Get Away Stay

Just love the charm of this house and its sweet patio. Our party of 4 stayed for two nights and loved the house and its location. A quick walk to town and all the restaurants it has to offer, but just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the square that sipping wine on the patio is exceptionally peaceful. I highly recommend staying here and hope to return next year for another stay.

Fun Family Gathering

Enjoyed counting on the clocks is this nicely decorated historic house. Location was walking distance to town square and fun shopping and eight across the street from the best coffee in town. We would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an enjoyable time at the Jany House for 3nights in November when we came to pick up our wine instead of shipping. Walkable to restaurants and shops in downtown Paso. House is 1920 so you have to appreciate the charm of an older home. It had everything you need for a few days with lots of games too if you just want to hang out with friends or family.

Perfect choice!

What a gorgeous historic home to spend our long awaited weekend in. Everything was as advertised and we were offered early check in if we wished. The home has been so artistically decorated and it was a joy to sit at the kitchen table and watch the hummingbirds zoom by. And the beds were the most comfortable I've had at a VRBO, and that is so important to my husband and myself! We will be back.

great location

i was a little nervous about the "on street parking" but as it turned out the owners are very accommodating with parking cones and we found plenty of spaces for our 3 cars. the owners gave us good recommendations for places to eat within walking distance, and we had plenty of room for 6 people. The sisters slept on the trundle bed and the other 2 bedrooms were very roomy. Plenty of room to cook , dine and enjoy board games. Easy access to San Luis Obispo for graduation ceremonies

The House with many doors

Our stay was enjoyable. The home is very charming. There was only two issues of note. The first was the parking. Street parking only so space not guaranteed (had to park a 1/2 block away a few times). The second was the exposed nail on the hardwood floor. I stepped on it causing some pain, but no skin broken (lucky for me). This really could have been bad.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of friends loved this property. So grateful for the Architectural character and warm cosy feel of this large home. One block from the new Marketplace with a food court and music in the evenings. We frequented the coffee and bakery in the morning and the sandwich shop in the evening. We also brought food home to sit out on the sunny patio at the house. Favorite things about the house are the quiet neighborhood and walking distance to town square. We will stay here again!
