Escape to our Jago Bay gem, lake front home…lux cabin vibe! Views from every room… feast your eyes on the gorgeous sunsets from our jacuzzi! Enjoy the great outdoors and all the comforts of home. Bring your boat, jet ski and fishing poles and come stay with us! A large and open living area, with grand 85 in smart TV and sumptuous leather sectional, dining area, open kitchen, enormous deck, 4 bedrooms, 6 beds and two full bathrooms (3rd bathroom in construction in second house and will be finished in April of 2024).

We have a fully stocked kitchen ready for meals and feasts of any kind. We provide a lot of springboard items, so guests don't have to over-buy for short stays.

We anticipate you will spend most of your time out on our enormous patio deck that features a sitting area and patio dining area…and of course a Weber BBQ grill. From sunsets to city lights to star light…you won’t miss any of these from this patio that extends the length of the main house.

Sumptuous and decadent Master suite features a King size bed, 55” smart TV and a huge tub complete with jets and lights, showers with multiple jet options sure to deliver a lux experience, and of course views in all directions.

Bedroom 2 is downstairs and features a custom-built queen-sized bed, a large bathroom, TV and direct access to lower patio and hot tub, with own private area to enjoy.

Studio room and 4th bedroom are steps away from the main house, each with their own private entrance and a third bathroom.

Studio/Game room features Full size bunk beds, sitting area with comfortable leather sofa that opens to a Queen bed, and large 65” TV. Game table and Fuss ball round out this entertainment area for all ages! Comfy patio furniture front this large Studio room for even more star gazing and lake views!

4th bedroom/Office has a full-size bed and ergonomic electric standing desk complete with 32” monitor/keyboard/mouse…for when work has to accompany vacation! You will also enjoy a panoramic view of the Lake.

There is a fully fenced in rear backyard area that is safe for children and pets.

CAUTION! This forest retreat has a very vibrant eco-system and is surrounded by nature. Please do not be alarmed by deer in your backyard, fish jumping around in your Lake, Birds singing in unison at sunrise and Bald Eagles hovering overhead.

BATHROOMS: There are three full-sized bathrooms, two in the main house, and a third in the Guest house.

HEATING/COOLING: Living Room, Master Bedroom and Studio feature a Split AC/Heater unit. There is a portable AC unit in the Studio petit room. Fans and floor/space heaters are provided. Note that our area in Lower Lake is generally 10 degrees cooler than downtown and there is usually a cool breeze coming from the Lake. This property was designed for free air flow with 24 windows/doors.

OUTDOOR GEAR: 2 kayaks and one stand up paddle board with oars and life jackets are available for your pleasure. Bring your own fishing gear. We have a boat lift available upon request. Please check wind/surf before taking kayaks out for your safety.

TECH: Experience the convenience of working remotely or surfing for fun with our high-speed internet and smart home features! Enjoy self-check-in and smart TV's. YouTube TV available on all TVs as well as other TV Apps (subject to change).

Security:
For you safety and security there are two ring cameras on site; one on the front door and one on the garage for your safety and security.

House Rules:
No parties or events. No smoking. No undeclared guests or pets. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am, per local ordinance. Must be 25 or older to book. Shower before using Jacuzzi. Shut off everything before checkout. Possible extra charges for excessive cleaning and trash. Use large trash/recycle bin at the top of the property by the mail boxes.

Guest Access:
PARKING/ACCESS: Accessible to you, any time after 4:00PM! Enjoy the convenience of keyless entry and ample parking on our private property.
In order to access this private retreat between the forest and lake, you will have to drive to the very end of the Jago Bay point. At the end of your drive, you will have a .5-mile drive on a well-maintained gravel road that is assessable by all vehicles.
