Just off the living room and thru French doors is a very private deck with a gas grill, Weber kettle and a wrought iron table for 4. The cedar plank outdoor shower is just steps off the deck. Short walk or bike ride to many restaurants and stores. Hardings Beach is 1/2 mile away, walk or ride bikes (2 bikes on property). Downtown Chatham is minutes away by car, certainly a fun bike ride or a nice walk. The cottage has two bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full) and 1.5 bathrooms (half bath has washer and dryer) living area with love seat and chair and television. Front sunroom area provides table seating for up to 4 people. The kitchen has a gas stove, toaster oven and coffee maker. Additionally, kitchen water is filtered. Great front yard patio filled with flowering plants with seating and small fire pit for another area to relax in.
