Condo de luxe à Poipu Beach avec AC w / 3 piscines incroyables et vue sur la montagne

Notre magnifique condo de luxe récemment meublé est le meilleur situé au Regency @ Poipu Kai Resort. C'est l'une des rares propriétés climatisées de l'île de Kauai. Notre condo est au 2ème et 3ème étage avec une vue fantastique sur la chaîne de montagnes. Le complexe est situé à quelques pas de plusieurs plages de renommée mondiale telles que Shipwreck Beach, Brenneckes Beach et Poipu Beach, ce qui en fait l'endroit idéal pour les groupes de toute taille ou en famille. Si vous avez des enfants plus jeunes pour le voyage, vous ne trouverez pas une plage plus parfaite pour les enfants que la petite plage formée entre les plages de Brenneckes et de Poipu. Protégé des vagues par un rocher naturel affleurant et disposant d'une plage très peu profonde et en pente douce, les enfants s'amuseront!

Lovely stay in Poipu

This was a lovely stay for our group of three families! The condo had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. We had access to three pools and the beach was just 10 min stroll away. Also within walking distance were food, a fruit stand, and a restaurant. The condo has everything you need for a beach day, including umbrellas, snorkel gear, beach wagon, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels. It is a little bit cumbersome to lug it all up and down the stairs but that’s a small detail. There are even a few games and puzzles. One bedroom upstairs does not have a door, and is more of a loft. It isn’t totally clear in the photos, so something to think about if booking this property. We loved it though and would stay again!

Perfect for us.

Great location, clean and well suited for our three generation party of ten. With four children the in-suite laundry was appreciated. The included “beach stuff” meant we didn’t lack for anything on our beach expeditions. (The beach full of turtles was an unexpected bonus!)

Great 4BR Condo in Wonderful Poipu Location

Our family had an excellent one week vacation with this condo. It is as shown, a high quality condo. Beautiful furnishings. The beds were comfortable. The location worked great for us. It was a simple walk to Poipu beach.

Eight of us in our group. Plenty of space for all. Clean. Nice beds. One bathtub was plugged. We fixed it. Overall good location on Kauai. Would stay again.

Great location and spacious condo

We had a wonderful time in this very spacious and comfortable condo. The large kitchen easily accommodated three or four cooks and the beach equipment ensured that we all had a great time at the water, which was less than a 10-minute walk. I had a couple questions and Jennifer immediately responded.

This property is perfect for groups of 5 or more. There are 4 king sized beds with comfortable mattresses. It’s an end unit on the corner of 2 busy streets, so sitting out on the balcony isn’t entirely pleasant once the traffic gets going in the morning.

Clean condo short walk to pools and beaches

The condo was very clean and easy walking distance to pools and kid friendly beaches. The manager was quick to respond to our questions. My only, minor, complaint is that the available items inventory wasn't up to date. I rented baby gear that turned out to be unneeded, and other items that were promised weren't actually there. All in all though it's a very well equipped unit. We were very grateful for the TWO wagons and used them for hauling all the kiddos and gear down for pool or beach fun. Thanks for sharing your lovely place with us, Jennifer!

Family Vacation Celebrating 3 Milestone Birthdays!!

What an amazing place! The condo was clean, comfortable, and very spacious for our family of 8! The kitchen was well stocked, with plenty of beach gear (chairs/umbrellas/towels). One of our favorites

We have stayed at this condo 3 times now. Twice when our kids were young and this year with adult children and their spouses. The location is great, within walking distance to beach and restaurants. The property is clean and well managed. Jennifer has been great to work with every time!

Loved it!

Before arriving, I was worried about being right on the corner of a busy intersection. However, it was a non-issue. The kitchen was well equipped with lovely pots, pans, table service, etc., but could have used a set of small bowls - for yogurt, etc. The activity closet had quite a few items in it, such as boogie boards, a pool float, and a beach wagon, which was helpful. We could never get the TV to work in the living room - very faint sound, but we really didn’t spend enough time in the room to request a service call. The beds were very comfy and we had the perfect set-up for 7 people. We used all 3 pools, grilled out one night, and walked to the beach daily to check on how many turtles had arrived. We loved the condo, the amenities, and the location. We definitely would stay there again! Maholo for a wonderful 9 days with our kids and grandkids who are spread all across the US.

Week in Poipu

We had an extended family of 10 and the 4 bedrooms plus 2 inflatable beds worked out well. This was a beautiful condo with wonderful views of the mountains and fairly short walks to either Poipu beach or Shipwreck beach. Take the walk to Shipwreck in the late afternoon for great views. The host, Jennifer was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions or requests. I would recommend that for those who are going to be in the upstairs bedrooms to bring sleep masks with you as the morning sun comes through the skylights. Lots of beach towels and other toys and a convenient hauling wagon. Could have used some more bogey boards as there was really only one quality one. We would definitely stay here again!!

Overall the condo was great. There were a few small items that could have been better disclosed such as the 3rd and 4th bedrooms are upstairs and share a Jack and Jill bathroom that means you can only access the 4th bedroom from the 3rd bedroom. Also the pictures of the condo state a television in every bedroom but the 4th bedroom didn’t have a tv. Again these are very minor issues. The rest of the condo was great. Lots of kitchen amenities and utensils. Laundry was great. Great breeze on the 2nd story. Street noise was a little loud but not a big issue. Beds were comfortable. The condo came with lots of beach and bath towells. Our kids had a blast playing with the beach toys.

This is a wonderful place to stay and a great location on the island. We were a group of 15 folks in the two condos, age range from 14 y.o. -70. Condos are as advertised and are very nice, clean and well appointed. Checkin was easy. Parking is convenient, and Jennifer is a great host! She keeps in touch and helps if needed. One thing i'd point out is in #920 -- the bedrooms upstairs are connected by a bathroom, but you must walk through one bedroom and the bathroom to access the second bedroom. Didn't end up being a problem for us, but might be good to know for some groups looking for a spot.

Absolutely Wonderful!

This property worked great for our group of 8 adults. Four of us have been to the island twice previously and the other four were first timers. Location: A quick walk to the beach and pools. The grounds are immaculate and we enjoyed a morning and evening walk everyday. Another short walk up Pe'e Rd to Makahuena light for sunsets. Parking was never an issue. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance or a quick drive. Amenities: Having a washer and dryer was great! We ended up packing much lighter for the trip knowing this was available. There were plenty of board games, card games and puzzles. We watched a movie one of our nights, but there was plenty of options if you have people or kids in your group that would watch tv more often. We used the kitchen mainly for breakfast. I would check the cabinets to see what has been left behind as far as spices before shopping. We ended up buying a couple of things that we didn't need to. Using a door code instead of having keys was another great thing for our group. It made it super easy to come and go as we needed to without worrying who did or didn't have a key to the condo. Plenty of baby/toddler items available too. Bedrooms: The only thing that would be a possible negative for some is the upstairs bedroom. One of the bedrooms is in a loft space. If you are a light sleeper this probably isn't the best room option for you. If you have early risers that like to make breakfast or tend to be noisy, you will hear it in this room. The beds were all very comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean. The walk in shower in the main bedroom was great for my in-laws. Communication: Jennifer was awesome! The couple of times I contacted her she got right back to me. Overall we had an amazing trip and I would happily rent a condo from Jennifer in the future.

Wonderful Poipu Family Rental

Really great rental for families. Pools were well-situated and generally not too busy. Condo kitchen was stocked with most necessary implements. Washer and dryer in unit was incredibly handy with small children. Downsdie: the condo faces on to busy Poipu Road and traffic noises (while the patio door was opena nd AC off, could be really loud.

The blue crab gets five stars from my family. Jay our host was fast with response with questions and friendly. Well laid out condo, clean and comfortable beds.we will book this one again if available.
