Cozy Home

Perfect

we traveled to Martin to watch our son race in the OVC XC Championships and loved every minute of it. This cozy home is charming and clean and perfectly located. We will hopefully return here for graduation in 2026.

Wonderful place to stay, with plenty of room to entertain family. Comfortable sleeping quarters with many conveniences. If you have a student attend UT Martin that you're visiting, this is perfect!

Weekend getaway

Great location. Property was clean and just as described. We loved the coffee bar and the extra snacks. We especially liked the carport lights that were on a timer since we came in at dark sometimes. We would stay here again if ever in the area.

Very nice property! We were very happy. The description matched what we found. We felt safe and comfortable. Really enjoyes the coffee bar! The host was always responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place in Martin for families!

This is our second time staying here and the place is great for families. The bunk room worked well for us as we have 4 daughters and everyone was able to have their own bed. We noticed that an iron and ironing board was added since our last visit which was nice. Everything you need for basic accommodations were here. The location is close to everything in town and the university. If you need a place to stay with family or friends this is a great option.

Perfect home away from home!

This is our company's second year using this home for our hunters. I can't recommend it enough! The location is perfect, nestled in a peaceful area yet conveniently close to local attractions. It's just a short drive to the Discovery Park in Union City. Ms. Tori provides fantastic recommendations for activities and dining! This home provides a great space to relax and unwind after a day of hunting.Overall, our experience at Maplemere is nothing short of exceptional. If you're looking for a charming place to stay with outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere, look no further!

Really amazing!

The place was great. Impeccably clean and perfect size and location. Nice and close to Martin. It was cozy and comfortable and is very nicely updated. Tori was great. She made sure we got in okay and let us know to reach out if we needed anything during our stay. We enjoy going for walks and the neighborhood was perfect to walk around.

We enjoyed it!

The house was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. I gave 4 stars for accuracy of listing because the check in/out times were different than the instructions provided in emails by an hour. This wasn't an issue for us with our timing. There were some dishes, but there were only 3 spoons. As a group of 7 we needed more than 3 spoons at a time, so we bought plastic spoons at a nearby store. A great place to stay together with family when you can't all fit in one hotel room.

Lovely home

Nice home,clean,comfortable. Easy check in and out. Enjoyed free hot chocolate and popcorn. I would suggest an alarm clock in bedrooms and another tv. Wonderful stay if you're in the area!!
