We have two outdoor cameras: one at the front gate and one mounted above the outside porch. To respect privacy, footage is only reviewed if there is a security related incident
PETS: We welcome service animals per ADA guidelines at no charge; please just let us know in advance! ESAs are not service animals and must be included in the reservation.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed indoors. You may smoke outside—please dispose of butts properly and avoid smoking near open windows or doors.
PARKING: A maximum of three cars per reservation.
NO PARTIES: A few visiting friends or family are usually fine—just give us a heads-up!
GUEST LOCATION: We cannot accommodate stays over 30 days if your home address is within 100 miles of the property.
