Bleus et rouges, bouées et marins se sentiront comme chez eux dans cette merveille maritime de deux chambres et deux salles de bain! La chambre principale est resplendissante avec un lit king-size confortable, une salle de bain principale attenante et un balcon privé sur l’océan, tandis que la deuxième chambre est dotée d’un lit queen-size et se trouve à quelques pas de la deuxième salle de bain complète. La cuisine immaculée est revêtue de blanc avec les appareils correspondants. Elle s'ouvre sur un salon spacieux avec son propre balcon d'où vous pouvez tester le vent et déterminer si demain sera votre journée en mer. Ciel rouge la nuit, délice du marin!
Beachside Colony est situé sur la plage, en plein milieu de Tybee Island, un endroit qui le situe à un kilomètre et demi de l'embarcadère, le centre de la vie nocturne de l'île, et à 1,5 kilomètre de la station de phare de Tybee, l'un des sept phares encore en usage en Amérique. Le complexe dispose de 3 piscines, dont la plus grande chauffée en automne et en hiver, et The Deck, un restaurant-bar d’inspiration artison sur place, réputé pour ses rôtis d’huîtres et ses spectacles. Et l'autre bar est au bord de la piscine !!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staying at BeachHouse 412 was an absolute pleasure. From the beautiful sunrise to the proximity to the beach, pool and parking to the relaxing decor, this beach property is one of the best! Additionally, The Deck restaurant on site has the largest and best tasting shrimp I have ever had! The condo itself is clean and well stocked with comfortable furnishings. The sliding glass doors need work (hard to open and close) but one had a note that it will be replaced, and I am sure that the other one will be looked at soon.

My first beach vacation

Reviewer Comments: My daughters and I enjoyed our stay very much and the fact that it was a short walk from the Condo to the beach was great! and also that we could sit on our balcony and see the beach and boats as they went by was great. 3 things that were not good was we couldn't figure out how to make a bed out of one of the couches, we could not access the balcony from the master bedroom due to a broken door, and there were no directions on how to use the dishwasher.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo had it all, clean, plenty of room for retired teachers and oceanfront balcony for our morning coffee. We planned to enjoy wine on the balcony in the afternoon but always opted for the oceanfront bar at the pool. The lazy days by the pool and beach were just what these teachers needed at the end of the school year! The onsite office was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend booking with this onsite office, Beachside Colony Resort

Family Break for Children and Grandchildren!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit needs repairs! Cleaning Service needs to be fired. Our feet had thick, black gunky dirt on them from the nasty floor. We are a repeat customer but never rent this unit again. Not enough pillows for beds, sheets worn out and not large enough for bed. Very Dissatisfied! Reported to front desk. Might stay somewhere else next time!

The beach home has a million dollar view. Condo was well appointed with anything you could want. Spotless from entrance to porches. So beautifully furnished and decorated. We will be returning again to Tybee Island to repeat our stay at Beach Colony. Thank you to the Owners and the Awesome Staff. See you when we visit this lovely location again and stay at our new favorite Beach House.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Tybee over all. We loved our view from the balcony. There is water damage in the condo. FYI.Another couple had our key code and walked right into our condo after we checked in and got settled. Not okay. Then We got locked out and had to use a physical key the brought to us, which was fine but we’re nervous the first few days that someone else would walk in with our code. Also a mouse ran across the floor and under the bed in the front bedroom. We made the best of it, but wouldn’t stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There couldn't have been a better place for us to stay in Tybee. It was our first time, but we will definitely be back. The unit was clean, modern, and comfortable. We loved that it had a smart TV. I also enjoyed having a washer/dryer!!! I'm all about fresh towels. Beach access was perfect. The restaurant at the colony was DELICIOUS and very affordable. We didn't use the pool, but it looked great. Parking in the parking garage is also an added bonus. Apparently, there were some cool things to see and do on Tybee, but we were beach bums and didn't do a single "touristy" thing, so I can't speak for any of that. There aren't enough nice things to say about our stay. We were thoroughly pleased.

Time with the girls

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I decided to take my mother and daughters on a mothers day trip and decided this location because of the sweet staff in the office and the room that we experienced last year. My sister arrived first close to the time of closing and the girl in the office was very short and did not assist them in finding the location of the room. My mother is 85 years old and we had a 2 year old baby. It took my sister 45 minutes to find the room while the rest were sitting in the car with no restroom (there was no restroom they could use) after riding for four hours. The room was clean if you did not inspect or if you kept your shoes on otherwise, your feet were black from dirt. We had to clean the room!
