Ce condo en bord de mer a été récemment reconstruit en juillet 2018 et est fondamentalement nouveau à l'intérieur, y compris les appareils et la cuisine.

Situé sur Lighthouse Point près du célèbre phare de Tybee Island, vous avez une vue à 270 degrés sur l'océan avec Hilton Head, Draufuskie et Fripp Islands en vue. Aucune structure ne vous empêche de voir car le terrain à côté de cette copropriété est la propriété du Georgia Department of Natural Resources pour la nidification des oiseaux et des tortues. Cela signifie également qu'il est calme avec beaucoup de nature à proximité, y compris des cerfs sur la plage.

Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'endroits comme celui-ci où vous pouvez voir l'eau de chaque pièce. Avec une plage qui grandit et construit des dunes de sable, vous avez un cadre unique de mer, de sable et d'avoine de mer pour vous entourer.

Island getaway with a view

If you are one of those beach travellers that must have an ocean view (not just a breeze, glance or look between rooftops or buildings), this is an excellent choice! We were looking for just a few things to make the experience enjoyable with a baby: kitchen to make easy meals, bath tub, easy beach access without having to drive or pay for parking, and an ocean view (if you're that close--why not?). It took a lot of searching but 270 degree ocean view did not disappoint on those things. To get that view it does cost you in walking up 3 flights of stairs, so pack light! You'll be taken care of by Steve and Tybee Island Rentals. They checked on us and made each step clear for us. We enjoyed our first trip to Tybee and look forward to coming back in the future!

Very Private Beach And Great Host

Very clean and comfortable condo in a great location with a private beach. Steve is a wonderful host and incredibly helpful. 4 night family stay

We stayed 4 nights with 4 guests and were only provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper for our stay. The remote control for the T.V. had dead batteries when we arrived, so we had to buy our own. We also did not realize from the listing that the only way to access the condo was 4 flights of stairs, that certain members of our family had a hard time with. But the owner and the view was amazing. The local people on Tybee Island were awesome ! We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Beautiful, confortable, welcoming appartment. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time exploring Tybee. We traveled into Savannah twice to participate in a a walking food tour and for a ghost tour. Tybee Island is very easy to navigate by car, bike or golf cart. The beaches are beautiful. The pier is a must see. Becareful where you park your car. Tybee Island police hand out parking tickets like candy!

Peaceful Setting

Loved view of sunrise and listening to the sounds of the waves, birds and frogs. The beach chairs provided were a bonus. Property owner easily reachable.

Definitely recommend staying here! Great location with great views. All the amenities you could need. A lot more spacious than what it seems in the photos. Great host who made sure we had all the information we needed and easy to contact.

Knoxville to Tybee Beach

Our first visit to Tybee Beach was absolutely wonderful! The condo's location near the beach made it so easy to take a quick 3-minute walk. The view was simply stunning, and seeing dolphins frequently was an extra special treat. From day one, the owner made sure to check in via text to make sure we were comfortable settling in. His kindness really shone through, and he even helped us get tickets for the Savannah Bananas, going above and beyond. Plus, every restaurant he suggested turned out to be fantastic. This vacation has truly been one of the best we've had in a long time. We're already looking forward to booking this perfect condo again in the future!

North Beach Marine Life Show

We have visited Tybee several times, usually on the south end. Though I missed the walkability to restaurants and stores, the view from the balcony of this unit is absolutely jaw-dropping gorgeous. Because it was so windy all week, we walked around to the north end of the island where the river is coming out and the water more calm. One day were standing waist deep watching dolphins swimming and pelicans fishing when a manatee stuck it's nose out of the water about forty feet away. It was an amazing wldlife show.

This is an amazing clean great views condo owner and property management friendly professional and helpful with any and all questions. Only think if you have mobility issues there are alot of stairs to get to the condo on 3rd floor but views are worth it

Amazing views and location

Loved waking up to the ocean view every morning! Enjoyed watching the dolphins, pelicans and other sea birds as well as the ships coming and going. Very peaceful setting.

Everything was great except stairs which was hard for me with copd but I figured it out. The couch was so hard and pull out bed was worse. I slept on floor. Other than these two things it was perfect. We enjoyed beach and ocean point view. great time

Place had a great view of the water. We did notice the coffee pot looked a little dirty, there were dishes in the cabinet that weren't completely clean. We were also disappointed there were no Smart TV Options. Would suggest the purchase of a Smart TV with viewing options. Everything else was great. Thank you.

Spectacular View

The view is awesome. Facing directly on Ocean and since it is corner unit you get additional view of the barges coming in/out of the Savannah River. Really something to see at night. The condo was very clean and accomodating. Mindful fact that this is a 3rd floor walk up but it makes for great view. Would recommend and keep on our Tybee list of places to stay.

Great location and view

Our family had a great time! The view and location of the place is perfect! Everything was nice and clean. Steve is super helpful and worked to get us in on a holiday. I appreciate that!! The deck has comfy sitting area to watch the huge ships pass by and the dolphins came around every evening. Nice walk to the beach and was never crowded since it's a bit north of the public beach. Easy access to everything. We rented a golf cart and had an easy time getting around! We definitely would stay there again!!

Livin' on Tybee Time

This was our first trip to Tybee. We had spent the previous three days in Savannah, and enjoyed what the city had to offer. But we were most excited to come to Tybee, sit on the condo balcony or the beach just steps away and relax by the ocean. The condo was just as advertised and as pictured. There were a lot of steps to get up to the third floor, but man was it worth it!! The view is INCREDIBLE. Beautiful landscaping and natural trees and shrubs just in front of the property, then sea grass and beach beyond. The sound of the birds chirping and singing, combined with the ocean waves and buoys quietly ringing is a symphony that I won't soon forget. We visited off season and it was magical. There were moments that we had the entire beach to ourselves. The water was chilly, but we acclimated quickly. It was neat to watch the huge cargo ships come by as they headed in and out of port in Savannah. On top of all of this, the owner of the property was so communicative and helpful and friendly, we feel like we have made a new friend! Thank you, Steve, for making sure we were taken care of. We enjoyed our stay so much and can't wait to come back and live more on Tybee Time.

I grew up in the Blue Ridge Mountains and live about 30 miles north of Clemson University in the Blue Ridge as well. Studied Industrial Engineering at Clemson. Work as a Management Consultant helping people do new business startups.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

With the ocean front 270 degree view off the deck, this property has the most unique view on the island. On the left side of the deck, there are no structures blocking your view as this part of the island is a Georgia Game Management area for sea turtle and shore bird nesting. You can see the islands in South Carolina all the way up to Edisto Island at night.

I bought this place because the view is so good that it is hard to believe. The first thing I do is go out on the deck when I arrive and the last thing I do is to go out on the deck before I leave. The view never gets old.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

From the master bedroom, you can watch the sun come up over the ocean every morning while laying in bed . Also, this is the quietest location on the island with the most wildlife and shore birds. Another thing that is unique is that from the deck, you can sit outside and not get burned while watching the dolphins. The dolphin tours come down the river and stop in front of the condo for their viewing passengers.
