Youâll love your stay at The Marilyn on Monroe â where retro glam meets modern comfort in beautiful West Palm Beach. This stylish single-family home is located on a quiet residential street, walkable to dining and shops on the famous Antique Row, and just a short drive to the beach, downtown, and top cultural attractions like the Norton Museum and The Square.
Perfect for families or small groups, the home features:
3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2.5 baths
King primary suite with en suite bathroom
Queen bedroom with writing desk
Double room with two full beds
Queen sleeper sofa with Tempur-Pedic mattress
Smart TVs in every bedroom
Jack & Jill bathroom shared between queen + double rooms
The rear section of the home offers an open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, second living room with 65â TV, dining area featuring a Marilyn mural, powder room, and laundry room.
Enjoy full private access to:
A spacious backyard with outdoor dining and lawn games
A detached lounge/fitness studio with twin futon, weights, yoga mats, and more
Driveway parking for two cars, with additional free street parking available
We are conveniently located less than 10 minutes from PBI Airport and the Brightline train, connecting you to Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Ubers and trolleys are also easily available for nights out or sightseeing without a car.

The whole property is yours to enjoy while you're here, including the main house (3 bedrooms with 4 beds and 2.5 bathrooms), backyard and patio, and the separate bedroom/lounge & fitness space with additional single bed. The only off-limits space is my "Owner's Closet," which is locked, and marked so it's easy to identify.

I can't wait to help you have a great visit and will send you a big list of my recommended dining and activities after you book so you can start planning! The Marilyn on Monroe is in a fantastic location just south of downtown West Palm Beach, walkable to dining and famous Antique Row, and super convenient for both the airport and the Brightline train that runs between Miami, Ft Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. Because transportation is nearby, you'll hear some plane and train noise outside, but I have brand new double pane windows, so you rarely hear noise inside the house.

Although originally from Fort Lauderdale, I've lived in multiple cities, including Hermosa Beach CA, Houston TX, and West Palm Beach. I own a promotional products company called Swag My Brand (swagmybrand.com), which explains why you'll notice our house logo on many items throughout the property.
Traveling and discovering new places are passions of mine, and I frequently do so for both business and pleasure. As a self-proclaimed foodie, I'm always the go-to person among my friends for choosing where to eat. In my welcome book, I've included some of my favorite local places, and I hope you'll try a few!
Recently, I've taken up a keen interest in plants, and you'll notice that most of the plants in the house, except for a few in the front living room, are real. I hope they are thriving when you get here!
