This chic 2 BD / 2 BA apartment offers king and queen bed suites, a wrap around balcony, complimentary parking, a washer/dryer, fitness center, and more. Inside you'll find a workstation, record player, board games, portable BT speakers, and beach gear. Centrally located, this unit is a short walk to trendy Grandview Public Market and just a short drive to the vibrant downtown West Palm Beach, upscale Palm Beach, airport, and incredible beaches.

Other Things to Note:
A noise sensor is installed in the unit. Our insurance policy requires that guests sign a rental agreement prior to check in. We will send the rental agreement to you through the Airbnb app as soon as you book with us. It covers the terms of the accommodation as well as agreement and release of claims for use of devices such as hot tubs, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, standup paddle boards, fire pits, and/or BBQs, if applicable.

Most well appointed rental I’ve ever stayed in

The condo interior is completely new, contemporary, beautifully decorated and most importantly has everything you really want when you’re traveling and land at your rental - comfortable beds, great showers, nice coffee maker, bathroom amenities every woman (or man) truly needs, details in the closets like a steamer, clean iron and clothes hamper. These owners just get it and have eliminated every annoying thing about vacation rentals - it’s spotless, well-appointed, tasteful and they don’t require you to check out at dawn or ask you to wash the bed linens and towels before you go. They’re also great communicators - I look forward to staying again when I’m in West Palm. We really appreciated such great attention details - well done!

Great spot that is an easy Uber away from Downtown

Place was spacious with some very nice touches in terms of personal amenities (umbrellas, steamers, beach cart, beach chairs, towels, etc.) Walking distance to a a brewery, distillery and food hall. We would happily stay again.

2 Days in Spring Training

The condoe was very close to the airport and has good access to all highways leading to town. Drive to the coast takes about 10 to 15 minutes. The condoe was clean and well appointed with supplies...coffee, toothpaste, soap, shampoo etc... The neighborhood leaves a little to be desired, but its not unsafe...just not an area with much close by in the way of restaurants, shopping, etc. No complaints from us...just would have preferred a more touristy type environment. Definitely would recommend though if needing to be nearer to the airport as our stay was very pleasant.

Unrivaled Rental Experience!

Staying at this rental condo in West Palm Beach was truly a delight. The hosts' thoughtfulness shone through in every detail, making our stay incredibly comfortable. They thought of everything! The luxurious furnishings added a touch of elegance to the space, creating a relaxing retreat. The central location was perfectly situated between the airport and WPB proper. With an open market just a short walk away, offering a vibrant atmosphere and delicious local treats. We felt safe and secure in this well-lit condo, allowing us to explore the area with peace of mind. The family-friendly environment was evident, with families everywhere, creating a warm and welcoming community atmosphere. Overall, our experience at this condo exceeded expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in West Palm Beach. I will always look for this host when booking future stays in Florida.

They thought of everything!

I can't think of anything else we would need. This apartment had it all. It was a great home base for us to explore equestrian events in Wellington and to enjoy the beauty and food of downtown West Palm Beach.
