Cela a été un tel succès (plus de 63 critiques positives) que j'ai décidé de convertir mon autre propriété dans le même quartier en location à court terme. Ces images sont anciennes et j'ai beaucoup investi dans la rénovation et l'ameublement. La propriété est louée à un locataire à long terme jusqu'en septembre. Après d'autres améliorations, elle sera prête pour une nouvelle location à court terme d'octobre à novembre 2019. Il y a 2 bâtiments sur la propriété, l'un est une maison principale 1600sq 3/2 et Pool Cabana qui peut accueillir 2 personnes de plus et ont sa propre salle de bain et une kitchenette.
À distance de marche du collège Bak (meilleur collège des arts en Floride) et du parc local! La maison a une belle piscine, des arbres fruitiers mangue, avocat. Situé sur un terrain surdimensionné, près de tout. J'ai une propriété similaire dans une distance de marche sans piscine cabane. Je suis un agent et investisseur immobilier et je travaille dans l'immobilier depuis plus de 12 ans. The home and the pool was very nice but, The occupied apartment abutting the pool did not create a comfortable setting of privacy that appeared to be in the listing.For that reason my wife and I would not stay again

Loved this tiki paradise

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) enjoyed relaxing by the pool, grilling dinner, and watching movies in the evening in the tiki hut. It was an outdoor oasis that we thoroughly enjoyed. While we ventured out several times for dinner and sights at the local beaches, we were pleased to return to this space. The home was clean and easy to access. The location is residential and backs up to a school. Overall, this is fine, but need to expect the noise during the day. We really enjoyed our time here and loved the tiki hut amenities.

Clean and Comfortable!

I rented this home with my parents for four nights and we really enjoyed this place! It was very clean and stocked with almost everything we needed. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Aleksander was very responsive and accommodated our early check-in. The backyard is the perfect place to relax and hang out in the sun, pool, or in the shade of the tiki hut. We spent most of our time at the property there, with plenty of comfortable seating. The only issue we had the entire stay was that we were excited to use the BBQ to cook, but the gas tanks were empty and when we asked, we were told that gas is not provided. This was a shame as we did not want to purchase a new tank for our short stay, so we were not able to grill. This was a minor issue, and overall we had an amazing time. I will be sure to book with Aleksander next time I am looking for short term accommodations in WPB!

Amazing property, super close to the best beaches in West Palm Beach!

This is such an amazing property and is super close to the best beaches in West Palm Beach! The heated pool was a favorite for the kids and we loved hanging out grilling at the tiki hut. House was very clean and included everything we forgot to bring and so much more. Our favorite beach was peanut island which is only a 10 minute drive away. Jupiter dog beach, Riviera beach and John D. MacArthur Beach State Park are very close as well. Would definitely come back here!

The property was SUPER clean, stocked with all daily necessities, and boasts a beautiful pool area and tiki hut. Our family of 6 enjoyed the home very much and would HIGHLY recommend to all families of that size. Thanks Alek!!! We’ll definitely be back!

Great value!

This property is a great value for the price! It was just as described and depicted in the photographs. The tiki hut is amazing and really adds a lot to the property. Great for sun lovers and those who need shade. My star ratings are in comparison to other rentals of similar size and price. Lots of pros:Aleksander was easy to communicate with and prompt to respond prior to our stay. We had no issues during our visit.The house is unassuming from the front but inside was bigger than I envisioned and nicely updated. The host provided a lot of extras (trash bags, dishwasher / dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, coolers, beach umbrellas and chairs, even shampoo and conditioner). The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood includes similar homes and most show strong pride of ownership. There is a park with swings at the end of the street and a very small lake. The property is within walking distance to Lake Mangonia and Sunset Park.The pool temperature was perfect. I cannot rave enough about the tiki hut -- we spent most of our time outside.If I had to list cons:The non-stick surfaces of pots and pans are chipped and scratched, but I rarely cook on vacation, so it was fine.The mattresses while not uncomfortable were not as firm as my family likes.I was VERY happy with our stay. I felt we got a very good value for what we spent.I highly recommend spending a day or two at the beach on Peanut Island.

Short getaway

I wanted to get out of town for a couple nights just to unwind and this was a great place to do that. The house doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the inside is very charming and the backyard (which we spent almost all of our time) was great. Nice pool, perfect outdoor seating area with grill, lights, and a flat screen tv. Pool inflatables are a nice touch. We had a great time, thank you!

We had a very relaxing time hanging out by the pool and visiting family. The house was great. A guest had forgotten a piece of mail and Owner went above and beyond to mail it for him.

Amazing tiki paradise!

My family and I stayed for a week and it was a wonderful Experience! We spent most of our time outside, We loved the outdoor lights, seats, grill, Swing and pool. The bedrooms were also very spacious and cozy. Palm beach is only A couple minutes away which was great. Overall, everything was good.

Privet, Tiki Hut and pool in a quiet neighborhood

We stayed 2 weeks 3 Large bedrooms .Beds were very comfortable .Our own heated pool brand-new appliances. The Tiki hut makes it a private little piece of heaven

Great location

Location of this home was convenient for all activities in Jupiter and West Palm Beach and close to airport. It was end of July, and with air set at 72 it was still really warm in some of the rooms. Ceiling fans helped. Also, we were unable to enjoy the beautiful backyard due to horrible mosquitos and the pool water temp was warmer than bath water. Would be beautiful in better weatherhelped. My property located in a very quite residential area, the neighborhood has an old florida charm. There is a Lakeland a park within a walking distance. It is a very established area with no rentals, most of the neighbors has lived there for decades so please be respectful.

I strongly believe that my property has a great value, I travel a lot and has rented a lot of short term rentals and I know for a fact that majority of the rentals are not even close to what you see on the pictures. I can proudly state that my property is better in real life than they are on the pictures and I take good care of all of my guests and their needs.
