Une maison bien aménagée dans un quartier calme pouvant accueillir facilement 8 personnes, à la périphérie du village de Bolton Landing. Marchez jusqu'à la merveilleuse plage de la ville, restaurants, boutiques, musée, bibliothèque. Parfait pour les familles qui souhaitent avoir la possibilité de se rendre à pied en ville. Un village aussi amusant et décontracté sur les rives du lac George qui offre de la musique et des films gratuits dans le parc. Piscine et tennis leçons, les arts et l'artisanat et des camps de sports disponibles tout l'été. Grande randonnée, le kayak et tous les sports nautiques et la pêche. Tellement de choses à Bolton Landing et ses environs. Quatre chambres à coucher, chambre principale (Queen) et 2 salles de bain complètes au rez-de-chaussée, 3 chambres à coucher au deuxième étage (2 reines et 2 lits jumeaux) et salle de bain complète et coin mezzanine avec télévision. Super endroit pour se détendre en famille et entre amis.

Great Place and Close to Downtown Restaurants!

The house was much bigger than it looked in photos! The hosts were super responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Great home and location!

The property was great! Lots of space to spread out with plenty of room for the whole family. Very convenient location to be able to walk to town and enjoy all Bolton Landing has to offer. The host was very responsive to all our needs! We would definitely rent again!

Great location

We’ve stayed here multiple times in the past couple of years. The location is perfect, house is big enough to accommodate a larger group. Kate is always responsive if you should need anything. Love this place and will hopefully stay again!

Great Place in the Woods

Second year we have stayed at Kates place, had a great time. Very quiet, out of the way, easy 5 minute walk to town, no need to look for parking spot. Easy communication. We’ll be back.

Great location

Perfect spot for a quiet 4th of July week with the family. Close enough to beaches and downtown to walk but removed enough from the strip for peace and privacy. Only complaint is the kids got freaked out by a huge grasshopper looking bug in the bathroom but other than that it was a very clean property. Would stay there again.

Location is perfect!

We’ve stayed multiple times and will be back! House is big enough for 8 people. Everyone has their own space. Walk to Bolton and the beach. Kate is very responsive and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back!

Cute and Comfortable Family Getaway

Comfortable home with 4 spacious bedrooms and an open kitchen/dining/living space with room for the whole family to spend time together. Short walk to a sandy beach, playground, local restaurants and stores, and boat rentals. The owner was super sweet and easy to work with. You won't be disappointed.

Great Family Vacation Spot

Great getaway for two families, young kids and a couple of grandparents. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and 2 living rooms provide enough space so you are not in each others way. We walked the Toddlers to the beach and the playground everyday, and walked into Town for dining and shopping. The price is reasonable, the owner is very friendly and accommodating, and the location is great. We liked it so much, we are returning this year.

Great getaway

We had a wonderful vacation in Lake George! The property was close enough to the main lake area without being overwhelmed by general tourism. The walkability to the quaint Bolton Landing downtown area was a pleasant surprise. We spent many evenings walking into town for ice cream or a walk through the shops. The bedrooms had more beds than we thought and this allowed the kids to stay together in a larger room. We encountered an issue with the water heater which the owner quickly tended to and resolved. Overall, a good experience!

Great space a short walk from town

We had six adults and two children in our group, and the house was the perfect size for us. It was set back far enough from the main road that the house was quiet and away from the crowds, but it was only a short walk to the beach, tennis courts, or into town. The beds were comfortable and multiple AC units meant that bedrooms could be kept as cool as each person wanted. Linens were provided, which was a big plus. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and place settings, and we made use of the grill outside several times. Outdoor space was limited, but being so close to the park it didn't matter much. We had a lovely time and hope to return again next summer!

Perfect Girls Weekend

We came to Bolton Landing for a girls weekend to celebrate my nieces 30th birthday. Kate's house was the perfect spot. The house was so warm and cozy and big enough to accomodate all of us. The open living space made it so much fun the cook together, eat and play games at the lovely dinning room table and around kitchen island. The bedrooms was very large and the bedding very comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen with many pots, pans, dishes etc. We walked everywhere....town, the beach, the park, The Sagamore. Perfect location and close to everything. Kate was lovely to work with and made everything very easy. We all said we loved the place and will definitely return. Thank you Kate and it was so nice to meet you too!

Perfect Getaway

This property checked all the boxes for a late October trip. Scenic and quiet, close to the beach and an easy walk to shops and resturants. Food store too! The house itself had plenty of room for 8 people with a couple of quiet inside seating areas. Bathrooms were nice and clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

Great property

Loved our accomodations. Loved the size of the house and number of bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Large kitchen with island and plenty of supplies. Everyday items were included and made our stay enjoyable. Location was great and walking distance to the town with shops, restaurants, and even a small grocery store. Close to Lake George Village. Owner was very responsive to questions about the property. Will definitely stay again when our travels bring us back to the area.

Lovely stay in Bolton Landing

Combined cabin feel with being a well equipped & really quite large house - bigger and better equipped than in the photos while still being a bit rustic and lived in (owners' stuff around the place but not in a bad way). Very quiet and peaceful, only 5 minute walk to the lake and the main street, lots of good (short) hikes around as well as a decent supermarket, liquor store and plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars - something for everyone (althoughs adults particularly enjoyed regular pop-ins to the Bolton Landing Brewing Company. Check-in was a bit vague but all worked out well
