Offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a private patio and a private boat dock. This condo is large enough to accommodate a family of six, or couples on a getaway. This condo has arrangements to comfortably accommodate 6 people. This luxury condo was recently updated with all new kitchen cabinets and countertops, windows, window and door coverings, paint, furnishings, bathroom tile and vanities, linen and towels. This luxury condo is a great place to enjoy a retreat and create memories on and off the lake.

The styling is definitely not your typical Tahoe Woodsy Cabin, it's very modern and beachy. It has a beautiful fully stocked kitchen, a mini fridge, a great living room that looks out directly to the lake, dining area, large flat panel TV’s in the living room and all bedrooms, washer and dryer, views of the boat dock and cove, a very cozy back patio, high speed internet and wireless network. All TVs are smart TVs with access to Netflix, Hulu and Amazon video. Spotify and Sonos speaker are available to enjoy music. All rooms are beautifully decorated with modern and clean bed covers, dressers, and nightstands, black out curtains. Kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, dishes, pots & pans, full utensils and the condo has a great heater, and fans for the evening.

This South Lake Tahoe vacation rental is surrounded by lawn, walking paths, and is very close to the amenities. There is a propane Barbeque, enjoy the propane firepit and relax on the private patio and enjoy looking at Lake Tahoe in the summer time with umbrellas, corn hole and spike ball. The environment is beautiful and very accessible in all seasons.

With a dedicated parking space and guest spaces available right outside the door of the condo. This makes for a very easy accessible vacation spot.
1 minute from the Tahoe Keys Marina, 5 minutes from Heavenly, 20 minutes from Sierra at Tahoe, 30 minutes from Kirkwood, 5 minutes from casinos and the lake, 2 minutes to a Raleys grocery store, TJ Maxx, Bevmo, 5 minutes from a bike and paddleboard rental shop, and fast food places. The beach is located directly across the street from the condo. Downtown shopping & casinos are easy walking distance of 2 miles from home.

This is the ideal South Lake Tahoe vacation rental if you are looking for luxury accommodations with tasteful decor and modern amenities. With a view of Lake Tahoe from the living room and back patio. Conveniently located next to the private boat dock in the back, it is simply no better opportunity to enjoy the best Tahoe has to offer. Leave your boat or jet skis docked on a private boat dock with cleats and kayaks available. (Boat dock not always available, and TKPOA boat pass and proper insurance is required for all vessels parked in the Tahoe Keys)

Some of our favorite activities at the condo
1. Wake up in the morning and sit out on the patio overlooking the glassy lake with a cup of tea and watch the hot air balloon take off over Lake Tahoe.
2. Grab my flip flops and walk across the street along the beach first thing in the morning
3. Take the Paddleboards out first thing in the morning across the street to the beach and head out on the glassy water for a couple miles and see the beautiful crystal clear waters below.
4. Walk through Heavenly Resort and Casino area and grab a bite to eat, ride the bird scooters and have some cocktails.
5. Rent some electric bikes from a place right around the corner and follow the bike path up to Fallen Leaf Lake, it’s about a 30 minute ride and the route is very easy and very fun and a great place for kids to run around snd have a little picnic.
6. Take the boat out to Emerald Bay and drop and anchor and soak up the sun and soak in the amazing waters. Tour the Vikingsholm, hike up to Eagle Falls and climb up to the Tea House on the island.
7. Sit out on the private patio in the evening and watch the amazing sunset, have a glass of wine, and enjoy some cornhole, bbqing firepit, and amazing views of the lake. Sometimes we will walk over across the street with our wine and sit out on the private dock and watch the sunset
8. In the winter, head up to the mountain and ski at Heavenly Ski Resort
9. Snow shoe at the local Bijou Park

~There is a required charge an additional $119 (non-refundable) Damage Insurance coverage fee for $5,000 of coverage, OR a $1,500 refundable damage deposit refundable within 14 days of checkout.

Tahoe Keys Rules:

- You need to obey all Tahoe Keys Property Owner Associations (TKPOA) rules, which will be provided to you after booking, this includes quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. TKPOA security strictly enforces all Vacation Rental ordinances. If a citation is received, the guest will be responsible for paying both guest and owner citations, up to $2,000

- Only park in designated spaces in front of the unit, vehicles are not allowed to park on/in the street

- No outdoor overnight tents, guests, RVs, boat or jet ski trailers, etc.

- Condo is on the market for sale and could have potential buyers show with a 24 hour notice
