Enjoy BOTH sides of this remodeled duplex in the middle of the action. Within this 3,000 square foot space, find DOUBLE the kitchens, dining, living space, beds, games, fenced yard, including a basement game room with ping pong, foosball, electronic Pop-A-Shot and 65" SmartTV with large sectional hangout space adjacent to game room! MAXIMUM: 14 people (including children), 6 cars (2 in attached garage, 2 in driveway, 2 free street parking).
This property has been extensively renovated and is ready for you!
Enjoy ample space for multiple families and group travelers. Across the street and within walking distance of various outdoor spaces for congregation and the beautiful Colorado outdoors (Benson Sculpture Garden, North Lake Park). Walking distance to 3 separate golf courses.
All bedrooms are equipped with vanity/work station area and large mirror, curved blackout curtain rods, blackout curtains, low profile ceiling fan/light combinations, well thought out bedding with varying firmness pillows, white 100% cotton sheets and towels, felt hangers, drawers/closet space for clothing.

-Ranch style with 2 steps to enter and 2 steps down back patio.
-Bedroom 1: King bed (Nectar Premiere memory foam: medium-firm), ensuite 3/4 bathroom
-Bedroom 2: Queen bed (Nectar cooling memory foam: medium), Queen bed
-Hall bathroom: tub/shower combination, single sink.
-Full size washer/dryer (kitchen)
-Kitchen: brand new quartz counters, backsplash, coffee bar, dedicated dining space, well stocked dishes and small appliances.
-Outdoor: single stall garage, covered front porch, privacy fenced backyard with covered back patio and outdoor conversation space (you will hear road noise). Propane gas grill.

-Two levels (main level and finished basement)
-Bedroom 1: King bed (Nectar Premier memory foam: medium-firm)
-Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds, 1 with adjustable base head. Both Nectar memory foam.
-Bedroom 3: (finished basement): King bed (medium memory foam)
-GAME ROOM (finished basement): Pop-a-Shot basketball, full size ping pong table, foosball, 65" TV with DVD collection and DVD player. Large sectional sofa and game table.
-Full size washer/dryer in basement laundry room, ironing board w/ iron.
-Kitchen: brand new quartz counters, backsplash, coffee bar, dedicated dining space, well stocked dishes and small appliances.
-Dining: eat in dining area with table plus leaf to seat 8 people
-Sunroom: "Instawall" with boxwood greenery, neon sign, fun furniture and extra seating space to enjoy coffee, evening cocktails and conversation (no direct a/c or heat this room) which steps out into the flagstone seating area outside.
-Outdoor: single stall garage, covered front porch, privacy fenced backyard with seating area. Propane gas grill with utensils. (You will hear road noise)
Guests who book this "double space" under a single reservation will have access to the entire property, including backyard space. There is a door adjoining the interior of the two garages which can be used to visit each side during your stay.

This unit is close to many amenities and attractions. As such, you should expect to hear road noise. Please be assured that we do have noise blocking curtains and sound machines for the most sensitive sleepers, if needed.
Outdoor camera on each porches faces outward toward the driveway and street. No tampering with outdoor camera is permitted. Immediate cancellation without refund applies to violation. There are no other cameras our recording devices on this property.
