This was a nice house to gather for my daughterâs graduation. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Easy and convenient location with Safeway next door. Property was clean and well stocked. It does share a wall with another property and the walls upstairs are thin. Overall it was a nice place
Perfect location and size for our sorority reunion. Owners were very accessible when we had issues with the stay. Kitchen was a great area for our members to meet and start the day
This house was perfect to accommodate my family for a wedding. The house is in downtown Loveland and was centrally located to nice restaurants and has a grocery store within walking distance. Everyone in our group was pleased with the house.
We were in town for only a few days with 5 adults and 5 children 7 and under. The house had more than ample room to accommodate us. The house is beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the little courtyard in the morning and evenings. Nicole and Jacob were great hosts and very responsive when I had questions. All in all a great stay!
Cute house. nice dining room/ bar area. very comfy couch/ lounge chairs. easy to do laundry and run to safeway across the street.
Negatives: Master bed was way too soft for me. bbq broken and bike tires flat.
overall great house, I would stay again.
I want to say this house is amazing and I would stay here again. I do want to point out a couple of things that I would have like to have known prior to my stay:
1. There is a shared space â itâs the laundry area where you enter the house but it is shared with other occupants. Along those lines the shared wall is with the primary bedroom / bathroom so you can hear others and they can hear you.
2. You will not have access to 4 bedrooms â unless you pay an extra premium per night. There is a keycode to get access to the fourth bedroom.
3. There are no main level bedrooms so if you have someone who is unable to maneuver stairs this may not be the best option for you. They have other options on the property that may have better access. Along those same lines the bunk beds are SUPER cool but very very high in the air so Iâm not sure if this is the best option for young children. One is in the Primary bedroom â my teenage thought it was amazing. It should also be noted that the room with the other bunkbed â the stairs block access to getting into the bed from the side (the other side is against the wall) so you have to crawl in from the bottom.
With that being said, this is a really great property lots of room to spread out â lots of entertainment (darts, games, large tv, outdoor space that is fenced in, very large kitchen). The owners are very responsive to any questions.
The house is really great and in walking distance to downtown
We really enjoyed our weekend after a couple of stressful weeks of work. We enjoy older homes and greatly appreciated the vibe and atmosphere of this house. Lots of space with a nice kitchen for morning breakfasts.
Everything was smooth and easy. There was a lot of space for privacy and togetherness. Nice outdoor area as well. Another commenter mention the train being laud. We never noticed it.
My kids loved this place. It was a great place for my family to get together. I drove to Longmont Colorado every day to pick up my grandparents. It was a great time & a great place for all of us to gather. There was nine of us all together. I enjoyed my stay & would highly recommend this place to anyone. I got to talk to Jacob. He is one of the owners. Great guy. Really down to earth.
We enjoyed this lovely home in Loveland. It would have been ideal if we could pick it up and move it to a quieter location, but it is where it is.
The positive:
BEAUTIFUL, elegant, historic home, nicely decorated and furnished. Spacious and clean. Wonderful, well-stocked kitchen, with a variety of seasonings. Exercise equipment upstairs. Plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc in bathrooms. Nice backyard (with BBQ) for outdoor meals.
Communicative, helpful host.
The negative:
House needs a few repairs (it is old!). Kitchen knives were incredibly dull. Location is between two highways, so it is very noisy due to traffic. It is also near the loud air conditioning units for the adjacent Safeway. Further, the train, which runs one block away, is incredibly loud at night.
Loft-bed in the master bedroom is not suitable for an adult; the ladder rungs are too painful to ascend without shoes.
Overall, we loved it, despite the noisy location.
I partner as a Premier VRBO host and small business owner with my husband Jacob. I am a mother, traveler and adventurer. My favorite pass time is running. I love traveling and experiencing each unique location by foot :)
