Very clean, very nice to have two king beds and ensuite bathrooms. Host is an excellent communicator from beginning to end of stay.

This Rental had everything we needed for our college move-in experience for our daughter. It was so nice to come back and soak in the hot tub after moving your child in to her dorm room. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who is in the looking for a place in the area. Loveland has a nice little downtown area with some really great food and it’s not too far away from Fort Collins and Estes Park over the pass. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be renting again. It’s always nice. Going to a Rental and the beds were so comfortable and the pillows were had so many different options from a harder pillow to fluffy pillow. It was just great. The photos for this place are 100% accurate, and the decor and items in the kitchen or way above and beyond.

Nice property.

Hot tub was really nice. Good location for walking, park just around corner for granddaughter visits! Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Lovely, Warm and Inviting Home Away From Home!

We loved our stay at Carl’s Nest and this has been our second stay at this happy little home.Carl’s Nest is my number one choice to stay in Loveland and I am so appreciative to have such a wonderful, well appointed home to stay in when the opportunity presents.

Nice easy walk into town and all it has to offer. Right near the bike trail that will take you everywhere. Beautiful home. Loved it!

Probably the best VRBO I have ever stayed at. The property was well equipped for any laundry/ cooking needs. Very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough for a grocery run.

We loved the nest!

This property was beautiful! It was immaculately clean, with comfy beds, nice sheets and towels, and a perfectly stocked kitchen for cooking. We had everything we needed. We had a great time relaxing here and would stay again for our next girls weekend.

Clean, quiet and safe condo near downtown

I walked the bike path, I walked to Door 222 for dinner! A super accessible VRBO! Love the private entrance and parking and well stocked kitchen.

Carl’s Nest is Great!!

Excellent property very clean and new!! Highly recommend staying here if in Northern Colorado!! Short trips to Estes Park, Cheyenne Wy, Denver etc!! Downtown Loveland has that small town atmosphere with friendly people everywhere we went!!

Wonderful stay

Very clean, comfortable unit! It had everything we needed for our stay. Linens were very nice. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, baking dishes, utensils, etc. Bedrooms were spacious and bed were very comfy. Definitely would recommend!!!

Can’t be beat!!

This property was absolutely wonderful!! Clean, very nicely decorated, close to Main Street Loveland, and so quiet… We had a great stay and will definitely stay here again, if visiting…. Property Management was also very easy to get a hold of and was helpful with any questions we had… If in doubt, don’t hesitate to book a stay… I promise and I’m picky….

Perfect place

This property was so clean and new. Great location for for getting to softball fields :-) and Downtown ... food was great! This condo has everything you need...the washer and dryer was a huge plus for us. Will rent again!
