After an exciting day exploring nearby Rocky National Park, lakes, and biking trails, grab a bite from the famous Bar Rescue CJ's Bar and Grill which is just down the street. A quick 6-minute drive, Downtown Loveland hosts a number of bars/breweries and restaurants along with year around festivals including live music in the summer and ice sculptures in the winter. Finish your day by escaping the stress of everyday life in a cozy bedroom behind our secret library bookshelf door!

With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for families or groups to relax and feel at home. We’ve thought of everything to ensure comfort, from premium bedding and mattresses to a baby gate at the top of the stairs for extra peace of mind. Whether you’re gathered in the cozy living room by the electric fireplace or enjoying a fun game night in the basement with more board games, there’s plenty of room for everyone to unwind.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including an electric range stove, Keurig coffee machine, air fryer, and an electric grill for outdoor cooking. There’s also a beautiful breakfast bar and a large dining table with seating for 6, perfect for sharing meals together.

For entertainment, we’ve provided two 55” LG Smart TVs, streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu, and a variety of board games and DVDs. Plus, with 60mbps fast Wi-Fi, you’ll always have something to do.

The large, private backyard is a true gem—ideal for relaxing or gathering around the table with seating for six. We’ve added hanging lights to set the perfect mood for evenings outside, along with an electric grill and extra seating for your comfort.
