Cet élégant condominium de deux chambres et deux salles de bains est tout simplement un chez-soi loin de chez vous. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size luxueux et d'une salle de bains privative dotée d'une immense douche à l'italienne et d'une double vasque. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen-size et une télévision personnelle, et est à quelques pas de la deuxième salle de bain complète. La cuisine complète scintille avec des armoires en bois et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Elle donne sur un balcon privé sur lequel vous pourrez déguster votre café du matin ou un cocktail en soirée tout en admirant le salon. et sur l'océan!

We had a great time. Easy check-in & check-out process. The condo was very nice, a very few items could have made it excellent, TV explanation guide, wine bottle opener, extra frying pan, swiffer sheets for mop/broom, very small things, nothing major. Overall, a great weekend getaway.

One of the few options for condo/pool at Tybee. Facilities were great easy to access, condo was large. Would come back again and would recommend.

check in process was a bit confusing. it would have been nice to have instructions on what the process would be, but we did book the day before so partially our fault. everyone we met were nice, facility was nice also.

Great place!

We found this condo when Milton cut our Florida trip short and we really lucked out! The condo was very clean, property was well maintained, and very pet friendly. The Deck restaurant has great food and the pool was wonderful. We did have to buy a mattress topper for the sleeper sofa, the springs were poking our kids. There was no place in the kitchen to put food up; but the kitchen itself was well stocked. One pool is heated which was great! Would definitely recommend and we plan to come back!

Condo was a bit smaller than we thought but we made it work. Our only complaint is the cleanliness of the condo. Certain areas could have used a bit more cleaning in between guests.

It was spotless and VERY safe!! They had a pool, an onsite restaurant that was fabulous, a beach view from our condo and parking was great!! We were even able to bring our fur baby and they had a dog park!!! The office staff was bar none the nicest and most professional people !! I just cant say enough good things about our visit!! And I cant wait to go back!!!

Additional Information Needed

While the property and the management were nice enough, there was no warning about an event taking place during our stay. The event included being attacked by locals with water guns even after being asked to stop. More warning is needed by the management for guests who arrive and have no idea an event is taking place.

Always nice at BC

The grounds and pools are well maintained. The staff is wonderful and Stacey is a gem. Her concern to take care of any issue you may have is dealt with immediately.We like quiet beaches and locations. It’s not Myrtle Beach which we really appreciate. We never left the condo except for groceries or grab supper. Great patio pool area, nice beach, comfortable condo. We can’t ask for more.

Never again!!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, friendly staff at front desk and lady who cleaned our room was so sweet!*HOWEVER*, we were kept awake ALL NIGHT by traffic outside (engines revving, but such is life) and kids playing tag up and down the hallways both on our floor outside our door, and above us. It reverberated throughout our condo, and kept our teens awake as well. We tried to get them to stop, to no avail. It's like the parents were out partying and left the kids alone to do as they please. Since it's not a hotel, there's no one to complain to (the rules suggest calling the cops... honestly?). We were exhausted and dragging the next morning. While the room was lovely and the location is great, the horrific noise levels of kids playing into the wee hours of the morning was just too much for us to ever consider staying here again.

Beach view was excellent. Check in process was quick and easy that condo was very clean. It is a pet friendly establishment however you will have to pay a 100 non refundable pet fee if you bring a pet that we probably missed in the fine print. Also, the restaurant on the property is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but there are plenty of other options out there. Overall, a wonderful experience and would definitely go again knowing these things.

So you either paid for parking or the breezy bus ($5/person each way). There is a restaurant but the menu is the same for lunch/dinner and so are the prices. Overall we had a fantastic time and would vacation here again!

Loved the table with moveable cushioned square seats and the neat little tic tac toe game with starfish and sand dollars. Loved that I could see the ocean and pool view. Loved to feel the sun on my face while sitting out on the balcony. The property manager was amazing. She showed us another unit for our future trip back. Love BeachSide Colony. Have been coming here for years! Stayed back in the late 90's when it was just an L shaped motel. The grounds and courtyard are beautiful and very well maintained. Beautiful to see at night too when it's all lit up. A must place to stay when visiting Tybee.
