Ce spacieux condo a trois chambres à coucher. Il y a deux chambres King
 et une reine. Toutes les chambres ont une télévision et une connexion Wi-Fi est disponible
 le condo. Il y a deux salles de bain. La salle de bain principale est située en suite et il y a une porte coulissante en verre qui s'ouvre sur le balcon enveloppant depuis la chambre principale. Les deux autres chambres partagent une salle de bains qui s'ouvre sur le couloir et a une porte qui s'ouvre dans la deuxième chambre King. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et dispose d'un cellier et d'une buanderie.
Au-delà de la cuisine est un salon ouvert qui a une table à manger
��qui siège six. Il y a de nombreux sièges dans le salon pour regarder un grand écran T. V., Câble Wi-Fi et Internet Il y a aussi une grande porte en verre coulissante qui s'ouvre sur le balcon carrelé qui entoure une table haute pouvant accueillir quatre personnes. En outre, il y a deux hautes chaises en bois et des chaises supplémentaires pour les invités. Il y a une jolie vue sur la plage depuis le balcon.

We arrived and were able to unpack and feel at ease immediately. It was cozy with a such a pretty view, the palm trees right outside our windows and the ocean. We thank Dorean and all the ladies for being so kind to us during our reservation process. The pools and the bar were a short walk as well as the ocean. Our favorite meal we had in Tybee was eating at The Deck onsite at Beachside Colony.

Although a little dated, the condo was comfortable. Things that the owners may want to attend to is the ice maker part of the freezer, the light was out over the shower in the main bedroom and also the tv was very blurry/fuzzy in that room, as well. Small things, really. But important. We had to overlook those things but had a nice stay.

We loved the location and access to the beach. The condo was clean for the most part. We enjoyed having our dogs with us, too. The bedrooms where spacious and fit our needs well. I would say the living room space was a bit tight with all the furniture and our number of adults (me and my husband, my parents, and my 17 year ild daughter). I most enjoyed the patio space! The beach breeze was wonderful there in the afternoons/evenings. We felt safe and satisfied with the security of the property as well, and the ease of loading and unloading our belonings with the use of the elevator. It was nice to have the stairwell in close proximity to the unit as well. Only real downside was that the first 2 nights of our stay we had people staying in the condo above us with a little one who loved to stomp and run back and forth at 6:00 a.m., nothing a white noise app on my ipad couldn't fix. All in all, this space was great for our week long stay and served our needs. We would stay here again!

Best location and rental I’ve had in Tybee. The condo was centrally located and beach access was a breeze. Beachside oceanfront property is the best with all the amenities you can ask for, I will definitely stay here again.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I chose this neighborhood because it’s home. I moved to Tybee Island in 1978 and have been part of Beachside Colony since its construction in 2000. Over the years, I’ve watched this community grow while still maintaining the relaxed, family-friendly feel that makes Tybee special. Guests love this location for its direct beach access, walkability, and central mid-island setting that makes getting anywhere on Tybee easy. In addition to managing condos here, I’m also an owner at Beachside Colony, which means I care for this property the same way I care for my own. The location offers the best of the island—easy beach access, a true resort atmosphere, and a place I’m proud to share with guests.
