Perfect Ocean Getaway!

My husband and I stayed here with our 6 month old baby and had a great experience. This apartment is exactly as advertised: incredible views of the ocean, plus you’re walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Tim was a great host, very communicative and friendly, and he was able to provide us with a crib for the baby. Everyone (including the baby!) slept great and was very comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again!

This place had all the comforts of home and Tim was such a nice guy! The location was amazing…crashing waves and walking distance to Ocean Beach. Will definitely be first choice on any return visits.

This property is so charming and comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing and you are right there on the ocean! The apartment was perfect for our end of summer getaway. The kitchen is one of the best stocked we have seen. We enjoyed being within walking distance of OB to take in all that has to offer without worrying about parking. Being able to sit on the balcony taking in a breathtaking sunset after a day in OB was the cherry on top! Falling asleep to the crashing of the waves was extremely relaxing and pleasant. The host was very accessible, helpful and so very congenial. You really feel welcome here!! We had the best time...we will definitely be back!

Great Stay

Absolutely beautiful stay and location is perfect with a stunning view. It is an easy 15min drive to desired touring areas. The host was also very gracious and kind. Can’t wait to return and stay here again.

Wonderful location.

Close to all sites and things to do. Beautiful view of ocean from balcony. The sunsets are gorgeous and Tim was wonderful.

A great relaxing stay!

The location was just what we were looking for! We could hear the waves crashing against the rocks in the morning and the sunsets at night. We were not familiar with Ocean Beach at all until we stayed here. Restaurants, shopping and the water all within an easy walking distance.

Beautiful view of the ocean

Home was very clean and in a very nice location close to many attractions. We were able to see the sunset and enjoyed hearing the waves at night while we slept. We had the opportunity in meeting the host who was supper welcoming and friendly.

Amazing property!

What an amazing property! The view is stunning. The location is pretty convenient and is in walking distance to several great restaurants and shops. The owners, Tim and Kathy, were so sweet and went above and beyond.

Breathtaking Views from Little Piece of Heaven

Wonderful stay from start to finish. Amazing host Tim who greeted us on arrival and presented us with our amazing ‘home’ overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Exactly, if not even better, than described: breathtaking sunsets enjoyed on deck, falling asleep to the ocean waves.Very clean and all needs covered! I slept on pull out couch and slept like a baby! My friend had bedroom and also reports very comfortable. Location perfect - 5 minute walk to beach hub/stores/great restaurants; loved beach cove to spend hours sunning and talking to locals.Thank you Tim for being a great host!!

AMAZING VIEW

Have your dinner on the deck and enjoy an ocean view sunset. The setting is beautiful and tranquil. Tim is a lovely host and a sweetheart. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Ocean Oasis!

Tim and Kathy have an amazing home and were wonderful hosts! Perfect location, we were able to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet, but also close enough to walk to many shops and restaurants. Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us. We highly recommend this property and hosts.

Wonderful stay on the water

It was a pleasure staying at this Ocean Beach gem of a place. The views were amazing, and the apartment was clean and well-furnished. Tim and his wife are lovely people with unbeatable hospitality - they even gave us free zoo tickets! We very much hope to return here in the coming years.

Owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Gorgeous property and location. This was our first time staying in ocean beach and we loved it. Highly recommend this property. Very clean and well kept. Can’t beat the ocean view and the quality of the apartment.

Stunning sunsets

This cute apartment was perfect for our visit to San Diego. Perfect location! It's tucked in and quiet, off the beaten path yet close enough to everything. Breathtaking views await you at the top of the stairs! Tim is an excellent host and is always willing to help you make the most of your visit.
