This newly restored, historic, cozy garage apartment will leave you feeling refreshed and vibrant. This space includes super fast internet, smart TV, 9 foot ceilings, abundant natural light, restored long leaf pine floors, walk-in closet, full size washer/dryer, oversize shower and a private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee.

This is a transitioning area that may appear rough but it's safe and very quiet at night. There is a ring door bell for added security.

Early check-in is available upon request
Early check-in is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host.
Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival.
The early check-in fee is $50.
Early check-in time is 2pm or earlier.

Late check-out is 12pm. Late check-out fee is $40.
Late check-out is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host.

Late check-out is only applicable to reservations that have paid the $40 late check out fee. Late check-out can only be added to the reservation prior to check-out date. If you request late check-out on check-out day or overstay past normal 10:00 am check-out time then late check-out fee is $80. This $80 will be automatically deducted from your deposit.

.Check-in begins at 5:00 pm and check-out ends at 10:00 am.

There are train tracks about a mile away from the property, at times the trains that use the tracks blow their horns which may be audible

You may find clean sheets and towels in the washer and dryer located in the laundry area. If you need to use the dryer, please remove and set it on the side. If you need to use the washer, please transfer and run the dryer. Thank you.

There is an additional yet to be determined commercial usage fee for guests who require filming video or audio on the property.

There are always fresh fully laundered towels and sheets placed between every guest visit. Normal wear and tear, these towels and sheets may get stains and tears. This enables us to give our guests the best possible value and at the same time help the environment.

Houston is a hot and humid climate, this climate causes a lot of bugs. We are aware that bugs can get into space. We do regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it's not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds given if bugs are seen.

No animals are allowed.

For undisclosed pets/ service animals brought into the listing, there is an automatic ejection with no refund and $500 cleanup fee.

Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds as well please pick up your pet's waste. If there is excessive pet hair in the space we will not refund the $250 pet cleaning deposit fee.

*Deposit Collection* (Only in the case of Pets and Underage guests)

In the case of any deposit collection, we will need a picture of your government ID and a picture of the credit card used matching your ID. The picture only needs to show the last four digits of your credit card. We will not be able to give access to the space until these steps are completed.

Please let the host know once you have checked in and checked out.

At check out, please shut off lights and set AC temperature to 75 or heat temperature to 68. Our housekeeping crew will handle all cleanup.

There are pillows in the master closet and there are extra sheets and blankets within the compartment of the sofabed.

If the alarm is beeping, please open the cover and press the off button .

Please keep the driveway access gate closed after use.

The resident of the main house has dogs that maybe in the backyard at times. Every effort is made to keep the dogs out of guests way,
but on the rare occasion the dogs are in the backyard when you are trying to access the space please inform the host and we will promptly get the dogs out of your way.

There is a motion detector on the interior of the unit,
THIS IS NOT A CAMERA, it only functions to detect motion when the alarm is on.

The garbage can and fire extinguisher, flashlight, and an extra water jug are under the kitchen sink.

There is a first aid kit, bug spray, flashlight and an extra water jug under the bathroom sink.
