This oceanfront retreat features four comfortable bedrooms (two kings, two queens), a bunkroom, an elegant living area with high ceilings and exposed beams, and built-in Sonos speakers complete with a Frame TV, where you can unwind in total luxury after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary amenities for preparing your favorite meals, and the dining area is perfect for enjoying them together. The home boasts a private pool, a rare feature in Palmilla, along with a private gas fire pit, a wrap-around second-floor patio with more built-in Sonos speakers, and winding stairs that lead to an outdoor crow's nest, big enough for 10 people to hang out, catch up, and enjoy a view of the ocean.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
