Welcome to "Here Comes the Sol" located in a quiet, respectful, residential neighborhood close to the heart of Hollywood, < 5 min drive away from the beach and < 15 min to the Ft. Lauderdale airport. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, it's the perfect space for families or groups.

This home is full of sunshine and fun colors with hand-painted murals in each bedroom, awesome artwork, and rattan accents transporting you to your favorite tropical beach paradise.

☀Pet friendly☀
The home is pet-friendly with 2 dog bowls, a large folding dog crate, dog waste station in yard with bags, and towels to wipe dirty paws. There is a $50 pet fee per stay automatically incorporated into the price of the reservation when you select pets during your search criteria.

☀Kid friendly☀
There is a pack N' play for safe sleep, a high chair, and lots of kids books, games, and puzzles to keep them entertained! The doors and windows of the back of the house and Florida room have high locks + alarms that can be easily set to alarm if opened by a child.

Each bedroom has 2 night stands with 2 reading lamps, closet, luggage rack
☀ "Green Jungle" room - Master suite with king bed and attached bathroom with shower with access to outside via Florida room.
☀ "Blue Lagoon" room - King bed and desk for perfect work-from-home space.
☀ "Orange Oasis" room - Two twins beds with open space to play. Here you will also find vacuum, iron, and ironing board.
