Sterling Breeze is located directly on the beach and is within walking distance of Pier Park for shopping and dining. Visit Russell Fields Pier, the longest pier on the Gulf of Mexico. Grab a bite to eat at one of area’s renowned locations such as Dusty’s Oyster Bar or Oishi Thai & Sushi. Explore the coast with all of its natural beauty and people-watch in this exciting, gorgeous area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. View is beautiful- good thing!

Beautiful condo, very spacious and large balcony. We were alittle disappointed as someone was trapped in the condo from Saturday until late afternoon on Monday due to the locking mechanism on the door was not working and they could not get anyone out there until Monday late. So we could not do anything as a family until Monday night. The left front burner of the stone does not work very well so to cook we had to use the one burner. There is no salt and pepper or any extras so make sure you take anything you might need. It was a nice place just disappointed with the door and wasting 2 days of vacation.

Annual Vacation

The condo was very clean and super nice. We have stayed here 7 times but this was a first in this unit. Will definitely book this unit again.

Excellent place for an awesome trip.

We came down for 4rth of July and definitely will be back to this condo if we got to book it a year in advance. We'll worth the money and excellent view

Perfect location and amenities

We had a wonderful time in this condo! It’s in a great location, close to everything. We had an oversized vehicle, and had zero problems parking on the lower level of the garage for oversized vehicles. We were worried about spaces, but never had an issue. From the garage, it was super easy to cross the street to the building or use the bridge. We were happily surprised by the spaciousness of the apartment and the amazing views of the ocean with an awesome balcony. The beds were comfortable, it was super nice to have a w/d, the towels and amenities were also perfect for us. It was also very helpful and convenient to have some beach supplies such as chairs and umbrella. The pool area was also a lot of fun with music, a little snack/drink bar, good sized pool, and easy access to the beach. All in all, we had a fantastic experience at Sterling Breeze!!

Great location and space

We enjoyed the space our family of 4 had in this condo. The furniture and beds were comfy, the view was beautiful but there is a palm tree off the deck that does cover a little bit of your view. Pool and hot tub was very warm and the beach was a very short walk from the room. We also enjoyed the quick walk to Pier Park. We would rent this condo again!

Perfect place for relaxing!

Unit is exactly as described. Wonderful views, watching dolphins, pelicans, and gorgeous sunsets. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Plenty of beach toys for the kiddos.

what's wrong with the place you ask "NOTHING"

from check-in to check out we were impressed. this place has everthing you need and didn't know you need. the kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need to cook and it's spacious. Both bathrooms are nice. the master bath shower is to die for. the king size bed was comfortable. There is a 2nd room with 2 double beds. the living room is spacious and comfortable the chair was my favorite just the right spot to binge watch a show or read a book. the balcony has a grill and plenty of sitting space to watch the sun rise and set. overall the place is very inviting and peaceful. will definitely book again.

Great stay

Loved this resort. Smaller. No long elevators. oved the decor. Made us feel right at home! Comfy beds towels. Beach front. Had all the necessities! Also beach toys! Only recommendation I have is to get a dehumidifier.
