Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

The property is also half a mile from excellent fishing at the Russell-Fields Pier, one mile from Gulf World and Sharky's Beachfront, two miles from Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, and four miles from Shipwreck Island Waterpark. If you're looking to get out into nature for the day, the shores of Powell Lake are eight miles northwest in Camp Helen State Park. Just a short drive to the airport.

Parking:

The garage is located across the street from the beach. A sky bridge will give guests access to the main building and condos.

There is a 1-time parking fee of $50 per vehicle plus tax with a 2-vehicle maximum per Condo that will need to be paid at the lobby on the main floor between the hours of 7:30am and 11pm EST. Upon receipt of payment, guests will be provided amenity armbands so they can access the pool in addition to their valid parking pass.

If you arrive outside of regular business hours, go to the security desk on the 3rd floor and they will be able to assist you. If nobody is present, there is a phone number posted on a sign at the security desk: call for assistance.

The parking Garage max vehicle height is 7 feet and there is no guaranteed onsite parking for oversized vehicles. There is no outside parking nor additional parking besides in the garage. No Scooters, Golf Carts, Rentable Mini Vehicles, Boats or Trailers are allowed on the property.

Other details to note:

The trash chute is located at the opposite end from the elevators. Please, bag all garbage prior to placing trash in the chute.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
