The space
This stunning 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom Edwardian Colonial pool home is located in the historic neighborhood of the âOld Northeastâ right in the heart of Downtown St Petersburg. This Family friendly yet exciting and vibrant city is where you come to relax and also soak in the cool St Petersburg vibes.
The Home has been beautifully and recently updated. The open plan downstairs great for entertaining with custom cabinetry huge granite countertops and bar area and quiet reading lounge area. Three bedrooms are upstairs along with two full size bathrooms. The master bedroom will not disappoint with a stunning en-suite bathroom.
The detached studio cottage has a king size bed, kitchen and bathroom with beautiful views overlooking the pool.
The extensive exterior comprises of a fully fenced in back yard oasis with tropical landscaping, huge artificial grass lawn area and oversize heated pool with LED lights for ambient evening swimming after dark. The large luxurious shaded gazebo is perfect for hanging out during the day while dipping in and out of the pool, it is one of our favorite places to hang out with friends and family.
There is an additional large sail shaded courtyard with sofa and grill area which is great for the kids during the day (climbing frame, swing and small trampoline) and turn on the fairly lights and create that stunning evening drinks area in the cool evenings.
Our home has brought such joy to us and we invite you to take some time and experience this magical place for yourself. There are very few homes of this caliber available so comparisons will be difficult to find.
While a 20 minute ride over to world famous beaches will allow your to enjoy that side of the peninsula we believe staying downtown in one of the most sophisticated and exciting pockets in the entire state of Florida is the real experience not to be missed.
Other things to note
Pool Heat Fee Notice- Dear Prospective Guests- Running A large 10,000 GL Pool and keeping it a an agreeable 84 F - 86 F constantly is expensive in the milder winder Months when the ambient temperature drops. It is therefore necessary to charge an $ 20 Per day so you can warm the pool to your desired temperature. During the booking process Please request Pool heat if you wish. (Highly Recommended for winter months).
Cable TV Notice- We "Cut The Chord" and therefore stream all our content off our Apple TV device. If you have Apple TV/Amazon Fire Sick/ Roku or Chromecast please bring it and simply connect through our Internet. The Living room TV is a smart TV and can stream Netflix , Amazon Prime, You Tube, Hulu etc. IF you do not have a streaming device please let me know and I will supply one. We do not have basic or full cable.
