Great place to stay. Convenient to the downtown and a nice park for walking. Comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.
We were there for my motherâs funeral. It was a very nice house and conveniently located on a quiet street adjacent to a lovely park. We will definitely stay there again when we return to visit family.
The house is clean, in a great location, equipped with everything you'll need, and our host (Scott) was very accessible and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.
Cute house as long as you donât have any questions for the Host. Thankfully customer support was able to help us out. Water pressure is not great and the hot water kept going out. The place is surface clean, just donât look too closely. The house is located right next to crescent lake park, a wonderful lake to walk around when there isnât an arctic blast. Nearest coffee shop is 15 minute walk.
The bungalow is located in the older part of St Petersburg. We liked the location with its proximity to the old town and many restaurants, but on a quiet neighborhood street. The house is well appointed for vacationers. It was well-maintained and comfortable. We would happily stay there again.
Canât wait to go back to this rental! I was so happy and it felt like home beautiful lake with walking path at end of street the main road was close and I had everything I needed close proximity to downtown St Pete. The owner scott was so kind to let me know that a nearby park was having the Christmas tree light up! I was happy also that he was close by if I had any issues that may come up which there wasnât
We chose this house because of the location, great reviews and amenities. Scott had no clue we were coming so the house wasn't available when we arrived. Even though we already paid in full. Leaving us in complete shock we had to rent a hotel in downtown Saint Petersburg. Scott had someone come clean the property and we were able to stay the remainder of our trip. The house was really not that clean. It was extremely dusty and the floors were sticky we wore our shoes the whole time. The yard was overgrown, the hot tub was not in service and the laundry room door was stuck so we didn't have access to that either. We were extremely unhappy with our stay which I made known. The last night in the house there was a knock on the back door. We were completely startled since it was 10 PM and a complete stranger. It was someone related to the owner, he handed us flea and bed bug foggers and asked if we would put them out before we left the following morning. He said the cleaning lady found a ton of fleas . We were completely disgusted and packed our belongings and left. If Scott knew there were a ton of fleas he should of never had people staying there as well as bed bugs , seriously. Do not make the same mistake we did
The home was great, but obvious signs of past pets in the home, if you have allergies (which we do, its tough). New fridge, great space, actually had cookware and it was in good condition. Just a little dark and dusty: lights, windowsills, and hot water in the second bathroom was not working. But communication with host was excellent, location was excellent.
The property's interior was lovely and comfortable, and the location was perfect for us. We could not use the hot tub because it was being repaired and the bicycles were unavailable.
Scott was super responsive prior to arrival and the place was easy to find/get into.
The house was tranquil for sleeping and chilling. Fresh hot tub was a pleasing perk!
I booked this property 24 hours before the stay for myself, my partner, and my parents. My apartment in the area lost power for over two weeks and my family had a trip booked to visit me. Despite giving such a short notice, the host stayed up late to clean the property for us and everything was excellent! He had the hot tub repaired for us to use and checked on us to make sure everything was going okay. The location was amazing- It is a short distance to the down town attractions including the pier, is across the street from The Sunken Gardens, and a short drive from the local beaches. The host always answers any questions or calls immediately and provided an incredible stay!
Don't be scared off by a few of the mediocre reviews. This house is awesome! You have sunken garden on one side of the street and crescent lake park at the other end. Tons of restaurants that you can walk to. 5 min drive to the heart of downtown and the St. Pete pier. The house is spacious, the beds were so comfy they were hard to get out of in the morning! Like sleeping on a cloud! The ac was nice and cold (super important when visiting in July!) And the jacuzzi hot tub looked great and was in good working order. I was looking forward to using the jacuzzi but the outside heat made it less tempting but we are already planning a trip back with the family. I plan to thoroughly enjoy the jacuzzi then! Scott was a very attentive host. Checked in with us several times and was available if we needed anything, which we did not. The house had everything! Book here, you will not be disappointed!
The property was clean and very comfortable. Even though a tropical storm went through the night before, Scott was able to have the property available for our regular check in.
The location made a great base camp for our adventures in the Snt Pete, Sarasota & Tarpon Springs area.

I take my listing very seriously and either myself or my family will always be available to help make your stay more comfortable.
I chose this property as a vacation rental because of its open floor plan and close proximity to downtown St. Petersburg, as it is a lively city with always something to see or do.
