Welcome to Ledgelawn! Sitting on the ocean's edge of Eggemoggin Reach in LDI, this lovely 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home was built in 1896 by a local ship's captain. Owners believe it to be the best view in the world! Boasting views to Pumpkin Head Lighthouse and dynamic sunset views from the front porch. Shared private beach access is a short walk away. Come and stay in this treasure on the Maine Coast! Sunday to Sunday rentals please!
Crystal Cove is a lovely new offering this 2023 season! The home is quietly located in Stonington and has direct ocean access. Follow the Oceanville Road until you reach this lovely property. The house has 4 bedrooms (3 queen rooms and a bunk room)

Amazing view-you wonât want to leave the back deck; comfortable, cozy house -fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and an unbelievable view from most every window in the house
Property shown in the review is not the correct property. We stayed a 48 Stacy Lane Deer Isle. Property was great. The original property listing showed availability and after rental paperwork complete agent informed that the property was not available. They did offer the property we stayed at and was quite nice.
When we first arrived we were greeted with a beautiful view of the harbor where seals were happily playing. Between the humming birds and sunset views it was a peaceful stay in Maine.
The rooms are large. There are two bathrooms upstairs, one with a shower. The property managers are very attentive. Responded to all of my questions very timely.
We also rented a kayak, and it was a very nice kayak. Great way to spend a few hours during the trip.
We are already looking to return.
Cleaners and property management did a poor job preparing the property for our stay- mold on kitchen ceiling, ran out of gas in the middle of cooking a milestone birthday dinner ruining it, stained rugs and linens and torn window blinds.
While the setting and views of the Eggemoggin Reach and Pumpkin Head Lighthouse are truly amazing, they canât make up for the overall condition of the house. The house was very functional; kitchen, laundry and bathrooms all worked (albeit creaky), but it was musty, stale and in need of an update. There was quite a bit of peeled and cracked paint, the carpeting needs replacing, and the furniture and bedding seemed very old. As advertised the house is very old, which would be charming if it was even moderately updated. We still had a great time visiting Little Deer Isle but were disappointed with the house, especially given the price tag.
