Beautiful, clean, cozy home in a fantastic location! It was exceptionally well stocked, with soft, comfortable linens and everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The host was amazing—welcoming, responsive, and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

What a wonderful house and host. This was perfect for a golf trip. The location is amazing (5 minutes from the golf course and a short walk to multiple restaurants). The parking situation was great, with garage parking for two cars. I would definitely book this house again.

Excellent house with lots of room. We had a family get together with a total of 10 of us and it was very comfortable. Great location that is walkable to many good restaurants and shops.

Our stay was top tier!! The location is incredible - close to everything, walkable to many places, and we loved renting the neighboring property as well for our family reunion. There is a fence and gate that connects the two small backyard areas. We had everything we needed. Everyone commented how comfy the beds were, the Roku TVs worked great for streaming and airplay, the WiFi was fast, we were able to park cars in the garage, and felt safe and cozy in our home away from home. Beth is a fantastic host - everything was streamlined, digital house info book, recommendations for everything, and she was happy and fast to answer any and every question! We will absolutely rent again and recommend staying here without hesitation.

We traveled as a tennis team with 7 teenage boys and 2 parents. This property provided all the space we needed. Exceptionally clean. Host very responsive prior to check in and was available if needed during the stay although we had NO problems. We prepared and ate several meals at the property; kitchen was well stocked. Beds are plentiful and comfortable. Great space for gathering as a team for games and fun on the main floor. We hope to make the state tournament next year so we can return!

This house was great for us - the location was perfect and so many shops and restaurants nearby! The house is pet friendly and was great for our fur baby as well as our 2 teenaged daughters . We don’t use all the rooms (this house would be great for multiple families as well).

Fantastic property and host! This was a spring break trip with the kids/grandkids. We walked to the TN Aquarium, Discovery Museum, Coolidge Park, Renaissance Park, shops and restaurants. Lookout Mountain, Ruby Falls, Rock City and many other things to do are within a 30 minute drive. The property was clean, beds were very comfortable, and it was roomy so that we could spread out and relax after an adventurous day. There is a two-car attached garage with room for a 1/2 ton Silverado and a Subaru Outback. Parking in the driveway available too. The host was great to work with. Easy check-in / check-out. We would absolutely stay again and hope to be able to do so!

Great location, wonderful house

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Conveniently located on Tremont in North Shore. Walkable to restaurants and shops. The house looks brand new and super clean. Very spacious and allowed for our family to gather to celebrate a college graduation. We will definitely be staying there again in the future.

We are so pleased with our stay. You can tell that Beth & her team are experienced hosts. The house has everything you could need and even some special touches that make it an even better experience. She is a great communicator and goes above & beyond to ensure a great stay. We would definitely stay at one of the North Ridge Escapes properties again!
