Welcome to Tranquil Rock Retreat, a whimsical new construction 5-bedroom home designed for families, friends, and groups seeking comfort, entertainment, and convenience just 4 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. From arcade games to cozy bedrooms and a fire pit for starry-night gatherings, this retreat is made for unforgettable memories.



The Space

With five spacious bedrooms spread across three floors, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. One ADA-accessible bedroom on the main floor offers a queen bed and private en suite, while the primary bedroom upstairs features its own en suite. The third floor houses three more bedrooms adjacent to the loft and game room — perfect for kids, teens, or friends.

My family of 9 spent 2 nights in November here. We had space to spread out and space to spend time together also. We asked Gregory to put up a Christmas tree and was so happy when we arrived to find a beautiful tree in the living room. The home is in a good location only 10 minutes from Walmart. However, the home is 3 stories, lots of steps, I wouldn’t recommend this home to senior adults because of the stairs.

The home is well-appointed and a good location. It could be a fantastic, 5-star stay but the bathrooms were a little grimey with mildew buildup, lightbulbs out, missing door knobs and small holes in the walls. The bedroom/bathroom on the ground floor is completely removed from the rest of the house and is accessed through the garage and has an exterior entrance. It smelled like cigarettes and we couldn’t use it with our group. It does have a great location with most major tourist spots only a 15min drive. We enjoyed our stay but the home could be improved with better maintenance and cleaning.

We booked this rental for our children and grandchildren when our son got married. It was ideal for our group! The house was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable and the kids enjoyed the foosball table and arcade games upstairs. The host was very responsive to any questions that we had. We would stay here again .

We had 6 adults and 5 children and it was perfect. The game room upstairs was a big hit and the children were very entertained. I would definitely recommend this house.

Wonderful, Clean Property in a Convenient Location

My family had a wonderful time during our stay at this property. All rooms were very clean with nice furnishings. There were even toys provided in one of the upstairs rooms for kids to play with. Very thoughtful! Also, the NBA Jam arcade cabinet was definitely a hit! The property is in a very convenient location and is a short drive to the North Shore area and downtown. The host was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property!

Fabulous and fun house for large group

We rented this house for 7 adults who were in town for a family wedding. We were impressed with the details, furnishings and how well stocked the house was for us! They seem to have thought of everything! There were toys for kids, fun arcade games, cards for adults, plenty of towels, liquid soap and hairdryers in each bathroom! The beds were comfy, full length mirrors in the bedrooms and plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and Clorox wipes in the bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked and even had K-cups for the Keurig. Outside decks and fire pit were nice touches too. Wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend!

This home worked out for our family vacation

Overall, this home worked for our last-minute family trip relocation due to Hurricane Helene. While it wasn't perfect, the property manager was extremely kind and responsive. We are very appreciative. Since we stayed as a large family, it's good to note there are bedrooms on all three floors. The basement bedroom doesn't have a direct hallway/staircase to the main floor. You have to enter the main floor either through the attached garage or through the outside staircase. We made it work but good to know if bringing small children and planning out where people will sleep. Our kids had a blast with the arcade games and fire pit!

Family get together

Nice place, nice location, nice stock of supplies. Needs a little more kitchen cooking supplies and coffee cups. Microwave didn’t work and air conditioning broke for a night and day on one floor with 3 of the bedrooms. It was repaired late in the evening so it cooled back down by midnight. Manager was aware and ordered tech to repair. I’m sure they came as fast as they could and They did repair same day. It was just really hot without air for that day. Loved the town of Chattanooga! Great restaurants and hiking. A lot to see and do for a small city. Really loved the city!

Perfect!

We rented for a graduation. Several family members stayed with us and a few others joined us for lunch after the graduation. The location was perfect…10 minute drive to McKenzie Arena for the UTC grad. The rooms and beds were comfortable and accommodating. The floor plan was excellent for our group. Nice outdoor spaces although it was cold so we didn’t take full advantage. The house is on a main road, but we did not get any road noise. The garage was helpful on the day that it rained. The owners were attentive and responded to any questions we had. We enjoyed the space very much and were very comfortable.A few items to note which were certainly not deal breakers for us, but might be helpful for future renters. The home is on a hillside, and has a steep driveway and a lot of stairs to the front door. There’s access through the garage, and wide staircase indoors as well. Our Papa had a stroke and cannot climb stairs, but thankfully, the indoor stairs were wide enough, that the boys could help support him up. The Grandma’s were able to get in and out, but it was some effort. While, we didn’t have a full party, we did have a few people and food. There were plenty of plates and bowls, but not much serve ware such as bowls and platters for chips and sandwiches. None of which are complaints, just FYI for people who may be in a similar rental situation. The video games upstairs were a huge hit and a game changer. No bored kids was fabulous!
