Guest Access:

You have exclusive access to the upper unit, including front yard, and everyplace you seen in the pictures. You could enjoy it without interruption for the duration of your stay. However, you don't have access to the back yard where is the entrance for the lower unit.

*. Steps disclosure: 2 steps at the entrance. This is an one floor single family house.

*. AC Disclosure: 3 mini split AC in the living room and 2 bedrooms.

*. Noise Disclosure: There may be guests staying in the basement unit, but there are no shared spaces.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee, or a refundable Safety Deposit. As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
