We had a great vacation. The owner was super to work with. You will enjoy your stay if you book this property. I don't know why they call it a pond, its a lake in my opinion. The water was very enjoyable and the beach was very nice and very clean.

This is a great location and house with plenty of room in an up to date house. The sandy beach was perfect for the young ones and the various boats, kayaks, etc. were incredible.

We loved the beach, the grill, the pool table, the dock and the big house that could accommodate our group! We rented a pontoon boat and had a fabulous time on the lake! Lots of good restaurants in Rochester also :-)

The host was really accommodating and responsive. A breaker was tripped by an outage earlier in the day or week but they were quick to direct us where to go to fix it.

Fun and relaxing

We had everything we needed for a short getaway. The house is beautiful. So much space, plenty of rooms and beds. The hot tub is a great perk, we also enjoyed the fireplace in the living room.

Thansk for the kind words. Can't wait to have you back. We just re did the floors on the main level to match the new floors in the upper level. Hopefully we can photograph that and the new living room furniture soon.

We had an outstanding stay at this amazing property. Alex was a wonderful host in every way. He was quick to respond when I had questions and seemed to genuinely care about us having an outstanding experience. The property was beautifully landscaped with plenty of room for games on the lawn, relaxing on the wrap around deck, sitting at the fire pit making s’mores, and of course swimming! The waterfront was perfect with a clean sandy beach. The rocks in the water had to be carefully negotiated though. We spent many hours kayaking and paddle boarding. We also rented a pontoon boat and spend a day tubing and exploring the lake. Many fish were caught right off the dock. What fun! The home was immaculate and well equipped with everything we could possibly need including two small refrigerators for drinks. It was perfect for our family of 17 ranging in ages 74-6. Sleeping accommodations were ample even for our large group. A big hit was the hidden nook with mattress under the stairs. We had pool tournaments, PacMan challenges, puzzle making, cookie baking contests and never felt cramped. At dinner time the large table fit all 17 of us. It was an absolutely fabulous week. Thank you Alex.

Absolutely perfect! Our stay at this VRBO rental in Lebanon, Maine was everything we hoped for and more. The private beach was stunning—clean, peaceful, and perfect for swimming or just relaxing by the water. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Waking up to the serene lake view each morning was a dream. The hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making check-in seamless and stress-free. It was the ideal getaway for our family—quiet, cozy, and full of natural beauty. We’re already planning our return trip. Five stars without hesitation. Highly recommend!Pam & Wally

Amazing stay!!

If you’re thinking about booking this house I highly recommend you do! We just got back from a weekend with 15 adults. There was PLENTY of beds for everyone without it feeling too cramped and everyone was able to have their own space which is so hard to find with a big group like this. Alex and team were so easy to communicate with, the house was spotless, and the location was adorable. The hot tub, little private beach by the water, pool table downstairs, and new patio were all amazing perks to the house and we will 100% come back! Thank you for a great stay and for making the check in/check out process so easy.

We booked this space to bring our entire family together under one roof to celebrate my parents 70th birthdays. The property exceeded our expectations and the host was so kind and accommodating to work with (they even shipped the kids a s’mores kit which was greatly enjoyed). The house itself provided plenty of space for everyone with room to spare. It was clean and well laid out and included everything we needed. The outside of the property from the deck to the beach and lake was exactly what we were looking for. We spent a lot of time on the beach and dock and in the water. Just a perfect family retreat. I would highly recommend, and we will plan to return again unless we find our own lake front home in the meantime :)

Great house for a large group

We had a great family vacation here with everything we needed for a large group. Spacious and well equipped. Individual units for AC in each room allowed for everyone to set their own comfort level. The beach and beautiful lake with kayaks and peddle boat made for a fun time for all ages. Great yard for corn hole, CanJam and a fire pit. The hot tub and pool table were great for days we weren't in the lake. Alex was great to work with, very responsive to all our needs and inquiries. Would definitely recommend!
