- The lake is 6-8 feet deep on average; small motorboats and pontoon boats are common, but nothing larger
- The house is in a quiet, no-wake section of the lake
- The hot tub is available seasonally from Memorial Day to Thanksgiving, and the boat dock is available from Memorial Day to Columbus Day
