Step through the front door and into paradise! This home presents classic beach vibe décor throughout. The oceanfront family room leads into an oceanfront dining room with warm finishes that can accommodate all 8 guests at one table. From the dining room, step into the fully stocked, spacious kitchen. The kitchen features wonderful touches such as a Keurig, dishwasher, and toaster oven. From the kitchen, you'll find a cozy breakfast nook for 4 which overlooks the family room and offers oceanfront views. Bright and inviting, the open floor plan allows for the whole group to gather and enjoy the time together viewing the Smart TV and dining together.

The home is fitted with 3 comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, twin trundle bed, mounted television, and an ensuite bathroom holding a shower/tub combo. There are two guest bedrooms that each have a full bathroom ensuite with a walk-in shower with shower bench. The first guest bedroom holds one king bed while the second guest bedroom holds two queen beds and a TV.

Step into your private backyard oasis to soak in the Florida sun! A spacious, covered deck greets you with outdoor dining furniture. No need to stop the fun in the sun when tummies start to growl as the porch includes a gas grill for al-fresco, oceanfront dining. Beyond the covering is a paved sun deck where guests can place included outdoor lounge chairs to soak up some rays while listening to the sound of waves crashing into the shore. Private beach access steps take you to your oceanfront oasis. There's a convenient outdoor shower located on the back deck as well to rinse off sand.

This home includes a full mother-in-law suite above the garage. Please note that the mother-in-law suite does require a small flight of stairs. We include photos of these steps. The top of the staircase includes a private balcony to soak up the sun. Through the front door, you'll find a bright and modern living room to greet you. The living room includes a Smart TV and a futon sofa that can be used as an additional sleeping space. A full kitchen is included in the MIL suite and comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The MIL kitchen even includes a Keurig and hot water kettle. The MIL bedroom includes a king bed, twin bed, laundry closet, and ensuite full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Grandparents have been known to seek refuge in this peaceful abode!

Please note this home allows for 3 vehicles maximum, or the motorcycle equivalent. A two-car garage is available for guest use and there's a small driveway as well. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request. Please know that there is just one external security camera by the front door. Again, this camera faces the outside only and is strictly for security purposes for when the home isn't occupied.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
