The Space:

The outdoor living

Step outside and the infinity edge of the heated, saltwater pool seems to dissolve right into the bay. The hot tub sits alongside it, ready whenever you want to slow things down. Sun loungers line the deck, and when evening rolls in, everyone pulls toward the gas fire pit. An outdoor shower and a dedicated pool bathroom keep things convenient, so there's no reason to ever rush back inside. The top-of-the-line gas summer kitchen - complete with four TVs - is built for big gatherings, whether that's a weekend cookout or the full football season.



The living spaces

Inside, the first floor opens with super-high ceilings and a great room framed in natural light. The decor carries a deep coastal theme throughout - fish, turtles, sharks, and other marine details woven into the design, right down to the Hammerhead shark light fixtures imported from Ukraine. Electric blinds cover the windows and the outdoor openings, giving you full control over light and privacy. A gas indoor fireplace anchors the main living area. A sophisticated bar adds a separate spot to wind down in the evenings.



Kitchen & dining

The gourmet kitchen is fully outfitted with top-tier appliances, a stainless steel gas stove, double oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, breakfast island, and a giant walk-in pantry. The dining room is wrapped in windows, so every meal comes with a water view. Coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, cooking basics, dishes and silverware - everything you need is already here.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps 13 guests across five bedrooms and eight beds. On the first floor, two bedrooms include a master suite with his-and-hers showers, separate tub, individual closets, and dual vanities. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms, and a third bedroom featuring a bunk bed with additional pull-out options. A second living area on the upper level comes with a pull-out sofa as well, adding flexible sleeping space. Each bedroom has its own TV, and two separate laundry rooms - with free washer and dryer in unit - handle everything a large group brings.



Bathrooms

Five and a half bathrooms across the property ensure there's never a wait. The master en suite offers his-and-hers showers and a soaking tub. Additional upstairs bathrooms are private to their respective bedrooms, and a dedicated pool bathroom serves the outdoor area.



Entertainment

Downstairs, a private movie theater seats 10 in plush recliners - a proper cinema setup, not just a big TV. Life-size games and mini golf round out the fun. A themed room ties the coastal design together throughout the home.

Daytona Beach International Airport is 25 miles away - approximately 28 minutes. Orlando International Airport is roughly an hour's drive. Kennedy Space Center is 32 miles out, and Cape Canaveral is about 54 minutes.
