This listing is for the full home (except garage) is 4 bdr and 2-1/2 bath. Quiet family home set amidst the beautiful Oakland hills with full grown trees, ample space both indoors and outdoors with a private and enclosed backyard. Since this is a quiet neighborhood we only accept bookings from guests with positive reviews. We require guests to provide us with some details about the reason for their visit and the names and contact information of all guests who will be sleeping in the house.

Stunningly beautiful and charming house! Recently remodeled Full cooks kitchen with double oven, wine cooler, coffee service area, full dining room with table extenders and additional seating. Living room with 75" TV plus full cable services (Peacock, Netflix, Paramount+, Disney, Max), plus huge selection of DVDs. Patio in back for BBQ and entertaining or quite time.

Guests will have access to the whole house and backyard except garage. By city ordinance all outside noise must cease by 10PM. Electronic locks at front door for easy access. Alarm system uses same code. (a 4 digit code of your choice will be set up the night before your arrival).

Other things to note: Parking allowed anywhere on one side of the street. There is no garage access. The property is walking distance to Lake Temescal & Village Market and is 1.5 miles from Rockridge BART Station and very popular Rockridge shops and restaurants; Market Hall, ACote, Zachary's Pizza, Millennium Vegan, Marica, A16, Kitchen Story, Soi 4, ACRE Kitchen. Also 1.7 miles from Claremont Club and Spa. We are located 3.2 miles from UC Berkeley Campus, Jack London Square and the Fox Theatre in Oakland.

There is a full flight of stairs to both entrances to the house. It is not handicap accessible. That's just the nature of homes in the Oakland Hills.

Disclosure regarding security cameras:
There are 8 exterior security cameras w/ guest access to monitor so guests & owner can detect anyone approaching front (street, stairway, porch, font door) or back entrances (patio, garden gate, kitchen slider) 24/7. Also, 5 ring doorbell cameras with full Ring audio settings @ all entrances.

PLEASE NOTE: The entrances have Ring doorbell cameras which have full Ring camera and voice recording capability when motion-activated. Take caution when having private conversations near entrances.
