Charming beautifully remodeled first floor property in the heart of Ocean City has been upgraded and decorated to provide you with elegant accommodations for your time away. This beautiful historic 1902 property has been completely remodeled providing modern amenities while maintaining the charm of historic Ocean City. Location, location, location
 you have it with this beach block condo which means you are a two minute walk to either the 11th or 12th Street beach and boardwalk. And just a three block walk has you on Asbury Avenue to enjoy the restaurants and shopping of downtown OC. A quick 20 minute drive has you in the heart of Atlantic City for outlet shopping by day and casinos and shows at night.

The beautifully decorated property has 3 bedrooms (2 queen, 1 bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds) with 2 baths.

Extensive upgrades and beautiful decorating including hardwood floors, upgraded kitchen, and granite counter tops,. The living room features a sectional sofa and chair for times of gathering or enjoying your favorite show or sporting event on the 55” Smart TV. Outside you will enjoy a beautiful front porch featuring a casual seating sectional and chair where you can people watch, enjoy the sounds of the ocean waves crashing on the beach, and enjoy the beautiful lights from the boardwalk at night. A beach shower awaits you at the rear of the building for cleaning up after your time in the sun and sand. The are just a few of the comforts that await you.

Great location. We walked everywhere! Condo was clean and had everything we needed; TV’s, coffee machines, and comfy beds. We would definitely choose this condo again.

A must stay!

Although we were not here on vacation, we found the location to be perfect! Literally across the street from the boardwalk with lots of shops/eateries and the beach. Check-in process was simple and the property was very clean. We found the hosts to be responsive and gracious during our short 3 day stay. We would definitely come back when we have more time to enjoy the area.

Great vacation, Summer 2023!

Everything was great, from the minute we walked in to the ending of our vacation week. The house was clean, we emailed Scott a question and he promptly resolved the issue. Our family had an enjoyable time, and made many memories. Thank you for sharing your home with us :)

Great Fall Getaway

Close to the boardwalk and downtown shops. We parked our car and didn't drive it again until it was time to leave. The location is wonderful and the house is clean and organized.

Great location

Scott’s property was perfect for our needs. We were attending my daughter’s wedding at the Flanders Hotel, just across the street. My only suggestions would be to have the cleaning crew double check things like light bulbs that need replacing, squeaky doors, and supplies. We had to buy a hair dryer as the one in the condo was missing , and there were no tissues. My husband changed three lights bulbs, and greased doors. Overall, it was a very nice condo and Scott was easy to work with.

Great family beach week

Lovely condo unit--very nicely furnished. Close to beach and boardwalk for the younger set who could walk around the corner for an ice cream cone after dinner or visit the arcade. Weather also happened to be spectacular. Close to everything--shops, restaurants, and the famous Bennie's. Stayed the weekend after Labor Day, and it was very pleasant--lots of businesses open if only for limited hours.

We had a great time here! The condo was immaculate and the location was excellent! We especially enjoyed the front porch. Our teenaged kids loved it too! Great communication from the owner too.

Beautiful place, great location. Pet friendly. Great week with lots of fun and convenience of walking distance to beach, boardwalk and shopping. Scott was awesome and we will be looking to book again next year.

Fantastic Location!

This home is right across the street from the boardwalk between 11th and 12th streets. Perfect location for our family as everything we wanted was a short distance away. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, pots, pans and small appliances to cook at home. The front porch was perfect for our group to sit outside and watch the fireworks for the fourth of July!

This is our second time staying at this property. We meet friends in OCNJ over spring break and we all stay in the same area in our own condos. This was such a great place and a great location we chose it again this year!

Beautiful property super close to boardwalk

We had an amazing stay at Beachview. The home was very clean and comfortable. The proximity to the boardwalk could not be better. Scott was excellent when we needed to communicate. Very caring property owners. We would definitely stay here again.
