The pool is heated to 85°F between December and April. Note that heating efficiency is weather-dependent, and the system can only heat the pool up to 20°F above the current air temperature. The heater operates from 10 AM to 6 PM. The pool control panel is restricted to management use. Unauthorized tampering will incur a $500 fine plus any related repair costs. Pool heating during other months is available for $30 per night.

One dog is permitted with a pet fee. Please provide the breed and weight in advance. We may decline dogs under 1 year of age or specific breeds (Labradors not permitted). A $500 fine applies for unauthorized pets.

Wonderful memories made at Shady Grove Villa

This was a wonderful place to host our small family get together ! There were plenty of toys for our special girl Mika to play with! She loved the pool and we did too. The beds were super comfortable and we were grateful for that. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home.

Fabulous stay!

Shady Grove Villa is an absolute must come back vacation! The house is beautiful, so nicely decorated and so comfortable. We were 4 adults, the beds were so comfortable. We had breakfast on the private poolside daily. Went for walks in the neighborhood . All the amenities stated were there. We loved our stay! We'll definitely be back!

Attention to detail!

Stayed here for a weekend getaway with 5 teenagers celebrating their upcoming senior year. As the chaperone I just wanted the weekend to be everything they wanted. A cute, comfortable instagrammable space for them to enjoy. But this house had more than I ever expected- every detail was thought of. 2 coffee machines - with coffee and condiments. Black towels to not ruin white ones with makeup. Pool towels. Beach chairs. Basic kitchen supplies - and then some - including a cast iron orange juicer! All we needed was to order ingredients and everything was there. Nothing there for us to use was low quality - exactly what I would have at home. Good communication too. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for girls' getaway!

Three of us had a lovely stay at this property while our husbands were fishing in Jupiter. The house was immaculate and very well stocked. It was spacious and very comfortable. That the three bedrooms all had king beds was a real plus - it's rare to find that detail! The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. We went into Delray for dinner a few times, just a 10 minute Uber ride. Lots going on there, and we had some great meals. This was our first time in that area, and it was a great experience - no complaints at all! Elona was in contact and available if we needed anything. Definitely recommend this house!

Beautiful home in a great location.

We came down to spend 2 weeks from Pennsylvania and it did not disappoint. The house is beautiful with many amenties and it is in the perfect location, close to family members that live in the area. Would definitely stay again, thanks to Elona for always responding if we had any concerns or questions. Great house!!

What a DREAM!

My husband I stayed here for a week and WOW!!! Gorgeous house with EVERYTHING you need! The attention to detail does not go unnoticed. As a couple who owns a restaurant we did a lot of cooking and everything we needed was there. This house is SO comfy it makes you relax while on vacation. The heated pool was fabulous and the landscaping is gorgeous! A huge thank you to Elona for the great communication and for an amazing stay!! We'll definitely be back!

This house has it all!

My husband and I stayed at the Shady Grove Villa for 2 weeks. This house has everything that anyone might need. The decor is pretty and was clearly chosen with a lot of thought and care. The bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the garage is filled with everything to enjoy the outdoors (pool toys, beach stuff, bikes). The house is pretty from the outside and on a lovely street. Elona is the very best host and is responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this house!

Wundervoll!!!

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub . Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles war liebevoll eingerichtet , dekoriert und sauber. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Über die kleinen Annehmlichkeiten der Vermieter haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Die Lage war super ,wir konnten bequem alles mit dem Auto erreichen. Auch die Wohngegend war sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Wir werden es wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
