An unforgettable experience and urban escape on a residential street & located, minutes to restaurants & shops in Downtown & Cap Hill. Welcome to our charming Cap Hill apartment with incredible views of Lake Union & space needle, weâre also set back on I-5. There is slight noise from inside but hasnât been an issue. If you are extremely sensitive to noise this may not be the best place for you! We also are located on one of the 7 hills in Seattle. There are several stairs to the building and a few more stairs to the unit. If you want a vibrant & quaint stay we look forward to hosting you! Quick access to Seattle/Eastside.
Youâll love the quaint, cozy feel with a fully stocked kitchen with all you need to get started with your stay! One queen size bed. One hide-a-bed. Dining table can be adjusted for work/stand desk or to eat and enjoy a meal. Living room has the hide-a-bed youâll need to move the coffee table to unfold. Smaller table by the living room windows for great views and morning coffee or reading. Full bathroom with a tub.
This was a great unit! We were able to walk to the bus and the train very easily to get around the metro. If youâre not in decent shape this will be a tough unit to access due to the multiple flights of stairs. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed to stay for a week. Thanks!
This is a decent value for the cost. Great location. The worst part was an uncomfortable very soft memory foam bed, I ended up sleeping on the couch pillows on the floor instead (the pull out part of the couch has a metal bar you can feel). There is a lot of noise from the freeway below.
The location is wonderful. Peaceful. If youâre solo I totally recommend this beautiful apt.! The host was extremely helpful when it came to suggestions for a beautiful fine dining experience. It was my first time in Seattle so my view from the living room was EVERYTHING!!! The harbor view from the living room was so calming. Absolutely beautiful. Just charming. Not too big not too small. Cozy, just how I like it. I will definitely choose this beautiful apt. for my next vaca to Seattle.
The view was amazing looking over Lake Union. It is a bit noisy because of the location off the highway. Although an older unit it was comfortable enough. My only suggestion would be to update the bedding. Older sheets and pillows and the bedding for the foldout couch didnât fit. The coffee pot was broken but was replaced the next day.
Access instructions were very clear. And itâs a central location - we were surprised how close everything was! It was clean and spacious. Beautiful view of the lake. With the windows open you get a great cross breeze of cold air from the lake. We didnât have to use the AC at all in mid-July! Bed was super comfy as well. The shower water was hot with good water pressure. Things to know: -LOTS of stairs, be prepared to climb.-Only four pillows - maybe bring some of your own. -Very few forks - if youâre bringing a group maybe grab more. If you plan to cook a lot, bring some extra hot pads too - thereâs just a single oven glove. -The tub drain doesnât have a grill/mesh thing, so take off your earrings etc. before you shower so you donât lose it. -Itâs across from a high-traffic road, so it is loud with the windows open. Worth it though to get that breeze! -Thereâs a wonderful brunch place just a 15 minute walk away, Single Shot, with shaded outdoor seating (indoor seating too of course), and delicious food!-If you want drinks for a great deal, we highly recommend the Herb and Bitter Public House. Itâs about .5 miles away and is the coziest, quietest bar weâve ever been to. Service was great. Canât speak to the food but the drinks were very good. Check their website for 50% off hours!-Clean up chores were minimal - just dishes, strip the bed, and bring the trash down.Overall very pleased. Weâd definitely stay here again.
This apartment is in a great location and has a great view but the cleanliness of the apartment was very gross. Everything was dirty. We have food allergies so we had to cook from the apartment most of the time. Every single time we pulled out a dish it has old crusted food on it. This apartment says it sleeps four people, but they only provide three bath towels and no washer or dryer to clean them. So if you stay for a week you will need to buy additional bath towels. The bathroom is small and dirty. The walls are caked with dirt. I had to clean a red goop off the wall when we arrived, I hope it wasnât blood. The bath mat is disgusting. This whole experience just made me feel like I was at camp. In an old dirty cabin where you never felt clean in the sheets even after your shower. So many spiders. When I told the host this they just said spiders are in season. That doesnât mean they should be living with me. It was embarrassing that my friends visiting from across the country had to stay here.
