First time booking Vacasa. Experience was great and would definitely book this property again. Great location, great view. Close to the market and transportation to get anywhere. Place had everything we needed to make it a great week away from home.
Had a medical conference in Seattle and hit the jackpot with this property! The location was AH-MAZING. The view? Just absolutely perfect! On top of a Target for anything and everything that was forgotten!? Yes, please! We could see the flying fish at the fish market from the living area! The water was breathtaking. You could hear the gulls in the morning as the ships sailed across the sound! Wow. Just wow!
What could be better than looking down on the pike place market from the 10th floor! Amazing views and a one minute walk to one of the most exciting spots in Seattle. Furthermore the central location allows you to get just about anywhere in and around the city quickly!
Great location for Pikes, downtown, Target, etc. No air conditioning and it was hot the week we stayed. Thankfully it cools off at night and we made it work. Would stay again.
We vacationed in Seattle for a week with our two daughters. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and had a great view of the city, sound, and the Public Market. With parking underneath the building, we were able to easily navigate the city and take day trips to Mount Rainier and Portland.
View was just great -- truly beautiful. Newmark Towers is in an urban setting, so unfortunately there are a lot of homeless people around (not the problem of the unit, but this is part of Seattle now). That said, we had no problems and would stay here again. We were here for 3 weeks for a very extended stay -- everything in the unit was great.
This was the perfect launching pad for my visit to a number of Seattle's sports team. During my stay, I enjoyed an easy walk to the Sounder's game and Mariner's game (or transit if you prefer). A short walk to the monorail to the Kraken game. The place is super close to Pike Place Market and more. The Newmark Tower has a nice pool and hot tub and outdoor areas on the 4th floor.
Just spent two weeks in this 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit, my adult daughter staying too. It was clean and ready for us when we checked in. Layout was convenient and conducive to a little privacy. Bedroom storage a little tight and was overstocked with extra linen (like tubs full). But once moved in it was great. Vacasa staff timely and helpful, great having 25/7 front desk and the Target security team adds to a safe feeling. Lastly, the western view is absolutely breathtaking and beautiful.
Location was great for downtown Seattle. Walking distance from Space needle, the ferry to Bainsbridge and Pike's Marketplace across the street. Would stay again. Friendly staff.
The condo is in a nice building with a friendly front desk and right by Pike Place Market. Once inside you will find a killer view that we never got tired of enjoying! From ships in the bay to people watching on the streets the view was top in the list of favorite things about this condo.
The place was clean and well decorated with a well stocked kitchen (must admit we didnât cook during our stay just but what you would need looked to be available). The beds are comfortable and the sofa pull out is actually comfortable as well. The two full bathes were nice to have for sure. This was a landing pad for us between days of exploring Seattle and it worked perfectly for our needs (4 adults in our party with all 3 beds in use). Any concerns along the way were addressed quickly and great communication prior to the arrival as well.
Bottom line - the condo is nice, the building is secure and inviting, but the view is the reason I would stay here again. It isnât a ton of space with 4 adults, but the few hours before and after bed we were all there was not an issue. A quick walk or ride to most common attractions on the Seattle must see list. The bathrooms were clean and worked, but for my crew the shower heads were not great and they felt those areas could use some upgrades, however everyone used them everyday. If a sightseeing trip is your plan this would be a great location!
If you want to be in the middle of everything, this is your place! You can walk almost everywhere and the view is incredible. We loved watching the sun rise and set over the ocean.
We stayed here for a few weeks in September and then again in June. Great unit, great views. Homeless situation is definitely improved. Unit could use a few upgrades, but overall it was great and we'd stay there again next time we are in Seattle
We have never been to Seattle outside of the airport and we wanted to see the city. My wife and I are 73 years old but are healthy enough to walk several miles per day. We came with a rental car but chose this property because it included secure downtown parking. We found that we could walk to see everything in downtown from the Space Needle to the ferries. and everything in between. We found all the waterfront restaurants on Alaskan Way, and we walked through the Pike St Market every day.
And when we were in the unit itself, we felt we could see everything going on in town. From musicians in the market to the boats on Puget Sound. We saw ferries and container ships plus we saw six cruise liners come and go.
The unit is very well equipped in the kitchen with appliances, utensils and cookware. There were clocks in the bedrooms too but when we wanted to know the time, we usually looked at the big clock on the sign in the market below.
It was our best VRBO experience yet.
Great View and Excellent location to Pike Place Market
Very spacious. Excellent location to all places in downtown especially walking to Pike Place Market. Our family likes the fact that there is a Target store in the building. We definitely enjoyed a great view of the waterfront and sunset.
Nice comfortable space. Bedrooms and bathrooms were accommodating and great to have washer/dryer on site. The view is what really sold us and it did not disappoint! Would have been a bonus to have had no inside smudges on the many windows. Enjoyed being able to walk downtown as well.
Views were amazing; great wheel, cascade mountains, sunsets. We enjoyed the views in the evenings, spectacular and the location was great as it was easy to walk to the market or down the stairs to great restaurants! The not so great part; for a little money, upgrade your mattresses, bedding, linens, window coverings, working ice maker, cooking pans that aren't warped, knives that actually cut food and furniture. Or at least clean the couch, pillow top on the mattresses, nicer towels and get some blinds that work. The old school white metal blinds ......seriously gotta go. High end condo should be have high end accommodations. One final note, sadly the homeless population in that area is pretty bad. Just be careful and no eye contact, they leave you alone!
