We stayed at this property in 2020. we loved the location, the home and ameneties inside the house. We just wanted one thing- a covered fence so our dogs could enjoy too. They have that now! we love this place and we would stay here again.

Very cute and comfortable house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is very cute. Perfect for two couples or a family. It was clean and stocked well with things you might need. We would definitely stay here again. A few tips: if you get woken up by sunlight easily, bring a sleep mask. The back bedroom has very high uncovered windows. Also, there is not a full size oven, but a brand new counter top oven. Only an issue if you plan to bake something really big.

Lovely stay in a central but quiet neighborhood

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect stay for a long weekend in Paso. The location was perfect - walking distance to town and right down the street from the Paso Market Walk. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. There are some nice outdoor spaces including the front porch and a picnic table for outdoor dining. One thing to note is that the cottage is across the street from a school so on weekdays during the school year, you might hear some noise but it didn't bother us at all.

Mother’s Day retreat

Husband, son and I enjoyed this beautiful property for the weekend. Perfect spot to leave on bike rides and walk downtown for dinners. Very clean and lots of common area space. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies. Bonus that we were able to bring our dogs to enjoy the fenced yard area.

You couldn't ask for a better house in a better location. The house is immaculate inside and out. And the neighborhood is very quiet. You're only a mile from the Paso Square where you'll find amazing restaurants, cute shops, and plenty of tasting rooms to choose from. The wine in Paso is world class yet Paso still has a very quant small town feel to it. You won't go wrong staying at this gem.

Great location on a quiet street and close to everything. We cooked meals and had all we needed. The countertop Wolf convection oven was new for us and we were pleasantly surprised! We made fries, fish and vegtables on two shelves and they were perfect. We go to Paso often and this is our new favorite!

Great house!

We loved this property and would absolutely book again! The kitchen was a great size and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were really nice. Fenced in outdoor area if you have pets, which is great! It has a grill which we enjoyed using. Couch is super comfy also! Definitely worth checking out!

Quaint & Perfectly Appointed

We will be back! This adorable home is perfect for 2 couples. Amenities are in abundance & top of the line. There is ample space for enjoying quiet time or shared meals, relaxation & chat. We really enjoyed coffee on the porch watching the wee ones play at the school across the street or the deer that munched on grass in the evenings. The neighborhood is very cute & quiet. Looking at booking again soon!

My husband and I come every other year to Paso and wine tasting. This stay was exceptional. The house is great for 2 couples. It is close to downtown, well stocked kitchen and very clean, nice beds and furniture. Will surely return.

Was OK

It was hot in Paso while we were there and A/C is not in both bedrooms. There is a ceiling fan in that bedroom but no A/C We had to leave the bedroom door open to the kitchen to try to get some cool air into the bedroom at night. This was not very efficient from a cooling standpoint much less from a privacy standpoint. This was not comfortable for the people sleeping in that bedroom. We also had ants in the other bedroom. I called about this and they told me spray the Raid which was under the kitchen sink. That’s what I did and didn’t see any more ants. There is no oven in the house - only a cooktop. There’s a convection microwave but unfortunately, the display was not working and we could not operate it. They brought us another microwave right away but it only worked about 30 seconds before it stopped working. Then, pretty quickly, they brought us another microwave which worked fine.

Perfect couples getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at Quercus Acorn Cottage for a four night stay. This cottage is perfect for two couples. Two king bedrooms with separate bathrooms, a nicely appointed kitchen and comfortable living room made our stay very comfortable. The front porch was so inviting and we used it often. The location is an easy walk to numerous restaurants, shops and galleries. Steve, the host, stopped by and offered recommendations and general information about the area. We had a delightful stay. We would definitely stay in this or one of Steve's other properties in the area.

My wife is extremely particular when it comes to cleanliness. She was very impressed by how clean this place was. Lots of birds to watch from the front porch, we even had a deer stop by. I will definitely come back

Wonderful Property

The property is beautiful and a short distance from downtown Paso Robles. The property manager was extremely professional and followed up with us as we were traveling to Paso Robles and even stopped by and met with the other couple we were sharing the property with. We will definitely state there again.

Charming Stay Neat Central Paso

Checking in was super easy and the property was just as described. I went with a friend, so we had plenty of room and having two separate bathrooms was great. Would absolutely stay again next time I come to town for the great winerys.
