THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-48 hour notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD $100 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Please note that a 3 night minimum is required for pool heating. Guests may contact Coast Vacation Homes after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Thank you!

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

PARKING
There is a 2 care driveway. Please note guests are not to impede sidewalk traffic at any point during stay. There is also additional public street parking in front of the home. Please be aware of any public notices when parking on the street.
