Very Nice Property

We had a great stay at this home for 10 days. Used it as a home base for exploring Zion, Bryce and Antelope Canyons along with Cathedral Gorge and St George. Home was in very good condition and Red Sands was easy to work with and prompt with responses to a few questions. Nice to have a garage to park in after a day of exploring. The pool in the complex was fun too. Especially the lazy river.

Red Sands was great

We had a great time at our stay! The house was very clean with the exception of a few comforter covers and pillow shams. We just threw them in the wash. The home was very nice, but the beds were very squeaky. RedSands came and tightened bunkbeds which helped. If the owners put in real box springs in the master rooms that would make all the difference. If the box springs were replaced, I would highly recommend this place for others to stay.

For the most part our stay was good and enjoyable. The unit was nice. We really enjoyed the pool. Here are somethings that need to be mentioned. Some of the beds were noisy and need to be tightened or something. It was hard to wash greasy pans and stove with cheap dish soap. The air conditioning turned up at night so sleeping was uncomfortable. The propane ran out so we were not able to cook our burgers. The rules ask to leave the grill clean but we had to use what little propane there was to clean the grill before we could use it. It was left dirty from the last people that didn't clean it. We couldn't clean it after the couple minutes we used it because we ran out of propane. We had to move our burgers into the stove. Sorry about that. Thank you

Good house, bad slide

The townhouse was clean and comfortable, and everything at the house itself was as advertised. However, the water slide was inoperable due to repairs, which was not mentioned prior to our stay. The 'water park' was the primary reason we booked this property, so for it to be out of order without warning was disappointing.

The unit is located in a very nice and quit area which was a big plus. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Only issue we had was how hot it was in the upstairs bedrooms and only one fan. We bought fans but still could not sleep comfortably due to heat. After contacting office the second time they sent a tech out to check unit.Apparently, the air filter had not been changed in awhile causing issues with air flow. Air condition may need to be service. However the unit was clean and furnished nicely.

Great get away location

We just needed a place to stay for a few days to bask in the sun while cooling down in a pool and a place that was comfortable, well kept, and air conditioned to get out of the heat. This place provided all of that. Definitely recommended. No complaints on our end. Clean, nice, well kept.

Enjoyable place to stay!

Nice, beautiful and love the condo's layout! Family loved the swimming pool! If I had to to give any negative comments it would be about the complex parking.

Our stay had all the necessities amenities we needed upon arriving. Everything was very clean and organized. We really appreciated toiletries being provided and more than adequate towels (and pool towels). The swimming and pickle ball areas were great too.

Clean and convenient location

This place was beyond clean and hardly a scratch or dent anywhere. There was plenty of private space and bedrooms. In my opinion there is far more private space than gathering space. The tv area and kitchen area are pretty small compared to what it can sleep. However we didn’t go there to hang out in the house. Master beds were awesome! The queen beds were not for adults. One could feel the springs and bed frame thru the mattress. Kitchen had a great empty pantry, plenty of cabinet space. The garage was available however won’t fit a suburban
 just a minivan at most. Community pool was fun.

Best Central Location

Perfect location for family gathering. I will definitely come back. We traveled to Zion National Park many nearby parks, and St. George.

Perfect place for a family trip or a weekend trip with friends!

This place was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms to accommodate a large group, or perfect for a golf trip with the buddies. We were down there for a golf trip, and the place was great. Very clean, easy to check in, and close to golf courses and good places to eat. We come down to this area for a lot of soccer tournaments and this would be the perfect place to stay for that as well. it will be nice when the pool is done, but that didn't detract from our trip.

Awesome place in a quiet neighborhood!

Our stay was excellent. The place is a great size, with plenty of room for the family to hang out. The pool area was very fun. The lazy river was a blast! The place also has a fun classic-style pin ball machine. We will be renting here again!

Perfect St. George Spot

We loved our stay at this home. It has plenty of room for our family of 7. The house was very clean and nice inside. It is well located as it is within a few minutes of hikes, bike trails, golf, restaurants, shopping, etc. you won't be disappointed by staying here.

Perfect Place for a weekend trip or longer stay

This place was perfect for our group. Super clean and all the kitchen wares you could need for a long stay. This place feels brand new. Lots of beds for a large group and super convenient to the freeway to get around quickly. We got to Zions National Park in 30 minutes, Sand Hollow in 20 minutes, and a bunch of golf courses within a 20 minute drive. Internet was strong. Garage parking and a lot of visitor parking. Pickle ball courts were awesome, but the pool wasn't done during our stay. When the pool is finished in a couple months, this place will be perfect. Would highly recommend this house for a trip with friends or a multi-family stay for a baseball or soccer tournament.
