Welcome to our newly renovated Meredith home! Enjoy all that Lake Winnipesaukee has to offer; conveniently located just a five-minute's drive from downtown Meredith, Lake Winnipesaukee & Weirs Beach.
Enjoy a relaxing experience with thoughtful amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a patio w/ fire pit, king and queen size beds, & full kitchen. Great location for bike week in Laconia, concerts in Gilford, trips to the lake, the boardwalk at Weirs Beach. ice fishing derby in Meredith & hiking trails!

This home includes a full kitchen w/ bar top and stools which connect to the dining room. There is 1 bathroom w/ a shower stall only (no tub) and 2 bedrooms. All rooms are on the main floor. Guests should use the side door (kitchen entrance) where the keypad is installed.

Other notes:
-Only one pet is allowed during your visit in order to minimize wear and tear on the house. We charge a $50 fee to cover the additional cleaning required.

-Both Fire TVs (bedroom and living room) allow guests to sign in with your own account to watch Netflix or other streaming services.

-Guests have access to the entire house (with the exception of basement, attic, and dedicated closet for cleaners) and yard.

-Exterior camera (kitchen door) is used to monitor/record entrance 24/7 for your safety and ours.

-Private driveway with space for 3 to 4 vehicles (depending on size)
